The staff at Bissell Eye Care are great! Dr. Bissell was very thorough in his examination. I found Rayban eyeglass frames that were different and highlighted my facial features. The staff helped me to choose my frames and I have had so many people tell me how nice they look! Dr. Bissell also worked with me to get the proper fit for bifocal contact lenses. It took trying a few different types of lenses for my particular situation, but Im able to use either the glasses or contacts for my day-to-day activities. Without a doubt - I would recommend the services of Dr. Bissell and Bissell Eye Care.

I have been to my share of optometrists/optometrist offices in several states over the past 20 years and none compare to what I experienced at Bissell Eye Care. Dr. Bissell is so personable and caring. He takes the time to explain things and really wants to know YOU as a person. The office staff is just as wonderful too. They go above and beyond to ensure you are happy, well taken care of, work within your insurance policy and they all have such a sweet disposition!

The staff is excellent! They are friendly, professional, engaging and fun. Great help assisting with glasses that fit your face and look good on you and they are HONEST in helping you pick the best frame for your face. Ive seen Dr. Bissell and Dr. Sturm, both are amazing. Bissell is a very professional office with a "small town" feel. Dr Bissell himself is friendly, and actually seems to be concerned about his patients (instead of just how well insured they are.) This office will also freely adjust your glasses for fit and replace those little nose pads if needed -- for as long as you still own the glasses. The only drawback is that, unlike the chain eyeglass places, it can take 2-3 weeks for eyeglasses to be made.

The staff at Bissell Eye care are thorough, professional and friendly. They quickly put my daughter at ease as she learned how to put contacts in for the first time. She had a nice assortment of glasses to choose from as well. We received premium care, and I would definitely recommend Bissell to anyone looking for a good optometrist.
