If you have weeks (months) to wait for glasses this is your place. My wifes glasses broke So she is wearing a pair from two years ago. Causing her distress. The doctors were great. However its been two months and we still do not have a good pair of glasses. The glasses were sent out three times ( wrong frames, wrong prescription)and each time it takes three weeks to get back even though they stated "Well expedite" them. They shouldnt use the word expedite because the time out and back are the same. They blame the insurance company . If I would of known they were shipping them 3-5 day standard out and back I would of gave them the extra $5.00 to overnight them.

Dr Greg Bittner is the best eye doctor Ive been to in 40 years. Hes highly knowledgeable, meticulous and thorough, and on top of that, hes fantastic at explaining things. Hes also very pragmatic in his recommendations. As a primary care physician myself, I consider Dr Bittner to be a "doctors doctor" in eye care. The equipment in the office is state of the art when it comes to technology, and the staff is excellent & well versed in its use. Bittner Vision Associates is a top notch facility. & A+ in my book. This place is, quite simply, the best.

The people and facility are amazing! They use modern technology to check the health of your eyes. They use excellent teamwork to make sure youre fully taken care of.
