Excellent Jeweler!!! I have been looking for a reputable jewelry store for some time, and found Unique Jewelry Company on the internet. My wedding ring required resizing, and I wanted to be sure I was leaving my diamond with a trustworthy jeweler. The owner and staff are extremely welcoming and knowledgeable. They placed my ring in a microscope so I could distinguish my diamond upon pick up...which was that same day as promised. They did a fantastic job increasing my ring size with no markings whatsoever, solidified the prongs, and steamed cleaned my diamond such that it glistens like never before. their prices are very reasonable, particularly for the professional level of workmanship. I was so pleased. I have been passing the word to my friends and family and "highly" recommend their services

I am from Sacramento but happened to be in Benicia to visit a cousin and realized I needed to get my ring repaired. So i looked up jewelry repairs and went to Unique Jewelry to get my ring fixed. I had knocked my ring on the counter and the head which holds my diamond was broken so they fixed my ring and soldered the head on and redid the prongs. I was a little nervous leaving my wedding ring with a jeweler i didnt know but they measured my diamond right in front of me and marked the natural flaws so when i got it back i could recognize that it was mine. This made me feel very comfortable and i will definitely return to unique jewelry to get my jewelry fixed.

I completely agree with the other reviews. The lady that works there is so rude and pushy and comes off as angry. I thought she supposed to be providing a service! I asked to have my ring appraised, at least give me a ball park figure of what she thought the ring was worth, she practically gave me a lecture on the difficulty of appraising the ring, then she was rude when I asked to look at other diamond rings similar to mine. I dont know what is wrong with her, but if she wants to stay in business she should get a new attitude

Took in 2 watches for battery replacement. Was quoted $25 + tax for each watch! Of course, I said no. The man babbled something about special batteries and the woman asked me how much I wanted to pay! I left and took the watches to a reputable jewelry store where they replaced both batteries for a total of $13. Jesse James rides again in Southampton shopping center!

This place is a rip off! The lady was completely out of line, and by the end of our transaction she was yelling at me. They attempted to fix the latch on my bracelet, but a week later I lost it :( No one I know has anything good to say about this place. Dont go!

RUDE woman behind the counter! DO NOT GO! This place has the worst customer service ever. However, the man (Ken) is the nice man you will find him to be good. But bottom line is the woman will ruin your experience by overriding everything he does.
