I have bought a diamond engagement ring, a diamond wedding ring, and a diamond mens wedding ring from Frank this year and I have been extremely pleased with the quality of each of these rings. I first met Frankie about a year ago to get prices for custom made engagement ring .I can honestly say that Frank is a very different type of jeweler you ever see for sure.,he is not a sales person like you will find at many of the other jewelry shops lot of bottom kissing. He cares about his customers and takes more pride of his work than most people I have ever met. When you are making one of the largest and most important purchases of your life, you want to deal with person who is real pro not a lot of BS, and not just another commission for whoever is selling you the things. If you want professional jeweler Who do his work the best, give a try. He deserves more than 5 stars for sure.

Be prepared if your not in there spending a ton of money your not going to get quality work or service. My husband tried to get me a necklace made with my kids birthstones for Christmas.The finished product had little holes and dents in the heart, which was twice the size I asked for but I was willing to live with the size of the heart. The chain was way to short and when I tried to ask the jeweler to fix it. I was treated as if I was annoying him. He only offered to fix the chain after I went back for a second time expressing my disappointment but was very rude and short with me. I know $350 is probably chump change compared to some of his sales but I deserved better then what I was offered. I left feeling very disappointed and upset! The only positive is after I left in tears my husband went back and was given a refund so now I can look for another necklace else where.

Frank, the owner at MasterJewelers, did a fantastic job on my ring. His talent and eye for detail is second to none. I had my engagement ring sized down and had Frank make me a custom wedding band to match my engagement ring band. WOW. It was perfect. Im a stickler for symmetry and consistency and Frank made my new ring PERFECT. He also applied the rhodium plating on the ring, soldered them together and shined her up all nice and new. It honestly looked like a brand new ring. If you have ANY jewelry needs, this is THE PLACE to go. I highly recommend Frank. We are headed back this week to pick out a wedding band for my Fiancee. Frank is a master jeweler with a Great imagination for creating unique jewelry. If you are having a hard time for finding perfect anniversary ring, give him a chance to make your one of kind anniversary ring that you can be proud with. Store dont have any sales person, so you actually get to talk and design the ring with the designer-master jeweler himself. He knows what he is talking about and he give awesome price. We did got a Great deal for a Beatiful ring, And he did give us lifetime warranty with no extra charge. Master Jewelers deserves much more than 5 star.

They impressed me because their location was beautiful and they offered an amazing selection to choose from. Our salesperson was really nice and patient. I had another ring that broke so on a whim I took it to Frank at Master Jewelers in Issaquah. He designed a ring for me, I agreed then changed my mind after 2 weeks. He happy changed the design for me and adjusted it to what I liked. The work is downright amazing. These were high quality diamonds and I felt comfortable leaving them in his very capable hands. Love this place. They were very professional. I had a pendant made out of one of mother deceased mothers earrings for my wedding. I miss-communicated the type of top loop I wanted on the pendant. They graciously changed the style for me without charging me extra to change it to something different. They definitely are worth your business. they take car of their customers.

We went to get a ring resized. The gentleman in the store was very knowledgeable and courteous - he helped size the ring and and made sure it was going to fit well. Much to our surprise he said we can pick it up in 30 minutes and as promised the ring was ready in 30 minutes. Work was flawless. Highly recommend this place.
