EXCELLENT Customer Service at this Store!! Maybe they have new management! I went into the store to add a phone for my daughter onto our current plan. We went into the store prepared, having looked over our current bill online and we had Investigated the other available AT&T plans. The gentlemen we spoke with went above & beyond to get us with the best plan for our family and helped us attain an Iphone 4 for the new addition. He helped us save money wherever possible and was honest about what features we truly needed, and what we could go with-out. While we where doing this the Manager passed out left-over packs of Easter Candy to my younger kids, and made their day! Then the rep & manager came together to solve a bigger problem for us- The service we get at our house- No Service! We live in Providence community of Centennial Hills, where we dont get the best service due to the strong HOA. Well AT&T solved our problem!! They gave us a piece of equip. worth a couple hundred bucks and Viola we have 5 bars now in our home! The store overall was Helpful, Kind, and Provided EXCELLENT Service. Thank You!!!

Terrible customer svc Dont ever try to call there and no one will ever ever ever pick up the phone. Most of the employees are very nice but there is this one guy that takes down the names to put you on the list he is a complete jerk. I truly hate AT&T I wish I would have never switched from my other carrier they have hidden fees and charges for everything my normal bill for two lines is easily around $200 a month when it was only supposed to be about 140 every month I should just switch back to the prepaid tmobile lines did I happen to mention that I hate AT&T Why in the eff do you have a phone if you dont answer it. P.S. Sometimes you have to get loud up in the store to get what you want please remember all these employees are dicks except maybe one or two

Thieves? What else would you call a store manager named Robbi who failed to port over a phone number and refused to give a refund? I left the store without a working phone or my money. The incompetence and cowardly act displayed by this store manager Robbi, telling me i must leave because I said I would file a BBB Report if he didnt refund my money. It is a direct reflection on his manager and or district manager. Leadership is from the top - down. Also, I lost the service plan i had for many years with previous carrier. Phone worked for 1 phone call then network dropped.

Why cant AT&T stores coincide with AT&T customer care #?! Either of them will tell you what you want to hear, but when its time to pick up the SIM card to get your phone activated, you better forget it!!!!! Completely unhelpful, full of crap, not going back. Also, I see a lot of people have the same problem. AT&T needs to get their crap together!!!!! I havent been under contract with them for years, and why Im still their customer I cant find any reason! I am 100% going to look for another company.

It doesnt get any better than this. After leaving the Boca Park location with a sour taste, I left this location with the sweet deal I wanted. Keenan and Alex were awesome. They really took the time to get me what I wanted. Ive been a customer for 15 years with two lines on a corporate account and Keenan and Alex went the extra mile. If you want the best customer service, this is the location for you. Thank you again! Ill be returning shortly.

The staff are cool but it doesnt seem like anyone knows what they are doing. Ive had problems adding lines to my account through this store twice this year only for a shady solution to be utilized. It almost always seems to be that the only solution to any problem is to cancel your online order and redo it in the store but this may be a ploy to increase their sales numbers.

Terrible service. Rude sales staff that would much rather remain playing on facebook then finish an order that you did online. Helped me switch when I was on the fence and save nearly 2k.
