I have been with Sprint for over 5yrs average $170+ per month for 2 lines, I went in to the store after waiting for about 15minutes a young lady come from around the back room and calls me over. Aphinny Is her name not sure about the spelling. I explain the reason for my store visit today she pulls up my account then then ask me to hold on and walks away to work with one of the other Sprint reps in the store. She comes back and pulls me up on the screen again. I had already changed plans with customer service and wanted to purchase the i phone 6 for $200 plus tax. shared data $40 each line $25. Simple enough right? No... She was telling me I had to pay an addition $40 per phone for access of data, She kept pointing to the monitor showing $40 for 4gb $25x2 for line charge and another $40 per line for a 2yr contract. I asked whats the extra $40 for she just kept saying "this is how Spring does it now for all 2 yr. contract" We I left and went online because thats not what I saw and was told by phone. They confirm she was wrong. Come on, Made the trip to sign another 2yrs but now looking at Verizon or ATT.

Worst customer service ever. All the way from the employee to the management. They are more worried about covering there mistakes up then making it right and fixing the issues at hand. Employees were super rude , even to the point of provoking you... Bought a new phone from these guys. They never took it out of the box to put the battery in it or even look at the phone to make sure it was okay. Got to the house where I realized it had a cracked screen! Went back 3 days later when I got some free up time to only find the new manager to be justifying why when and where. Weird stuff....Almost as if he was going to have to pay for the phone himself.... Been with Sprint for over 20 years now. I will not be returning to this store after my horrible encounter

We came in Thursday evening at 7 pm. Two emplyees were on this night. Came in to my upgrade and all I got were excuses why he couldnt process my order. Made ME get the serial number for the phone I wanted...it was in front of him the whole time...after I got the serial number he then says some other lame excuse such as, we dont have that style in his store...Galaxy 8+....Really !??!!!! He was doing all he could to have me leave, it was close to closing time by now. What a easte of my time. Good luck Collin.... Never going back there and I will be e-mailing their corporate office. My next stop will be the Sprint store at Mission Valley !!!!

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. With them for only 14 days due to a network that is not worthy to be called a wireless network. Horrible service on the phone at this store and have already been to the store twice not to mention trying to talk to customer care and everyone assures that we will be taken care of. So far they have charged me almost $2000 dollars for the phones that were returned to the store over a month ago. On hold yesterday for 1 hour and 15 min. just to assured they would call me back. Well guess what, no return phone call. Now on hold yet again...... I HATE SPRINT

Worst, WAIT, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AT ALL!! Have gone into this store 2 times in the last 2 years to see about switching to Sprint. Both times, not one acknowledgement that I even came into the store. 2 employees only at 4:30-5 pm. Ridiculous!! Stood around for 15 minutes & stroll no one said a word. I understand your with a customer, but acknowledge the new ones walking in. Again walked out of store never dishing to anyone. Saw an employee walking back in & mentioned the poor customer service he just shrugged me off! Is this the kind of service I could expect? NO THANK YOU!!

I absolutely HATE Sprint, and this store just confirms it more. Thankfully, I am no longer a customer of Sprint, but my dad is. I had the unfortunate experience of going in to that store to help my dad get a new phone. I got to to stand around and wait to be helped. I waited for about 20 minutes, but the obnoxiously loud music was too much for me & my dad, so I asked how long it would be before someone would be able to help us, & the guy said about 20-25 minutes. Wtf? I feel every Sprint store I have ever been to is just as crappy as this one. Sprint sucks.

The store overall may be great, but dont deal with Isaac Ali. Hes one of the associates...and he very dishonest. He tried to sell me a used phone and pocket the money. He said I would get the discount I wanted and didnt give it to me. Be wary.
