The manager is exceptional. He listened to my concerns regarding my medical shipment, which was being sent back. He also listened to the experiences I had with a particular employee there who couldnt fully see how vital my delivery was to me. He took the time to listen and answer questions with care. He went out of his way to help find a solution to the problems I was experiencing. Thank you for your kindness and patience.

I have been to other UPS stores as well as Postal service stores and my whole goal when I go in is to make it quick, fast and easy because I have other things to do. Thats exactly what they did here and I was so grateful because it didnt make me regret going and using them. They were so extremely nice and professional. Would use them again in a heartbeat!!

Went to go Return ship a box. Did not have it taped up. The employee stated i would be charged for Tape or have to purchase Tape for $3.49 to tape up the box. I thought this was ridiculous!!!! I work in Retail and i dont tell customers that I am going to charge them for ink when they want to use my pen!!!!!

further more this girl shouldnt even have this job because her attitude towards people in general stinks! i felt her bad vibes when i was in the store getting the truck. she really should have a job in siberia by herself somewhere so she doesnt have to speak to people and be the recluse she seems to be!

I have never had a problem with any of the employees here. All I do is drop off packages and they always are polite to me and greet me with a smile. It might just be that I am super sexy and they cant help themselves but I think in general they are just cool people.

They just dont give good customer service. There is this girl working there she just rolled her eyes on me. We got there the first time then We had to come back to get some paper work and it was a long and they just denied it, NEVER going back again!

What a terrible UPS store. No acknowledging anyone in line. Dry and unwelcoming when youre being helped. Snail pace service. No communication. Overall dismal experience compared to other ups stores.
