One lane open at 7:30 tonight, so everyone has to use that one...even people with a lot of stuff. Dumb. I was the 10th person in line and I had one thing to buy. All of a sudden a mgr (male, salt ppr hair) sneakily opens his line on the other side of the store, without pulling from the original line, never turns his lane light on. Finishes checking out half the store as I am finally up to check out and its the cashiers break time. He takes over which wastes another minute of my time bringing my wait time to 11 minutes...he apologized and said he was sorry he didnt know there was a line. Well that is your job! I bought my bottle of vodka for the party Im going to, promised him bad reviews online as I left. Got home and he left the security device on it either on purpose for me being salty or just cuz hes dumb. I got to go back there again! How hard is it? I knew better then to stop in here..we stopped shopping here 6 months ago because there is ALWAYS lines, no cashiers. Next time I will trust my gut and although Staters is further, I will go there where the store is appropriately ran and ,managed. High school diploma optional for a management job here, all should apply.

terrible service i went in to return bread that had bought a couple days ago because it had mold i didnt have the receipt because who would of thought the bread would turn mold in a couple day from a store like that so went in and ask for help because i need to return or exchange it for new bread the women that attended me said im sorry you need a receipt and its my word against yours i felt bad like the customers always right and it made it even worse because English int my first language and i felt she was attacking how i talked .

BARF UP THE MEAT IS ALL DYED RED IN THE DEPARTMENT. Gross I will never buy meat here again I knew it looked a little funny like red dyed very thin and Im still burping up that garbage. I placed the plastic tray it came into the trash and it smelled like rotten meat the next day. Youve been warned dont waste your money drive down to Stater Bros.

Ck out was extremely slow and manager had no customer service would not even hand me my items to put in my basket. Just not impressed with her at all. Bought a dual pack special of Kraft Mexican cheese and when I got home the cheese was no good. Had sat out somewhere. Not going back to this one for awhile.

Wonderful. Everyone was friendly and helpful! Prices are reasonable and comparable to other grocery stores! It is much easier for me to navigate in a smaller store like smart and final and has most of my usual selections. And, we love their store brand! 5 star pl

I love ABIGAIL!! SO FUNNY so nice, so helpful. Go where ever but this S&F is great because of her. Most everyone here has a great attitude. S&F Extra + are better stores but with out Abigails smile who cares.

It was OK, nothing out of the ordinary. However I thought people using ebt didnt have to pay for bags, there at S&F, I was Not given one or asked if I needed one. Correct me if I am mistaken regarding the bags
