They were happy to sign me up for a new account and phone but not responsive or helpful about problems with the service. I spent hours (in the store over several weekends and time on the phone) trying to obtain assistance. I was put off and directed back to AT&T Customer service who referred me back to the store for assistance. They did not write notes in my ATT account to show when I called, what problems I had, or how they were dealt with. 6 weeks and 10+ hours of my time later, the issue is still not settled. I do not recommend you signing up for new service here. Go to a real AT&T store, not an "authorized dealer".
