My wife walked in seeking to upgrade our phones, she was greeted but by a sales lady who seemed to be more involved in her own cell phone instead of helping clients as she was brushed off my wife continued to look for the specific phones we wanted and not to long after was immediately greeted but this time by a different sales lady "Dymoni R." by this time I had arrived at the store and my wife explained what had been going on, Dymoni was eager to help and customer service was out of this world, I highly recommend anyone visiting this store to purchase products speak with Dymoni you wont be disapponted with her service....

We were looking around for a carrier until we walked in here. The assistant manager answered all of our questions and helped us with switching over carriers. We pay half of what we used to pay at our other carrier. The employees were really helpful and made us feel welcomed. They talked with us and made time fly quickly. Will definitely come back to this sprint for any concerns. Special thanks to Dymoni for all her help. Recommend to ask for her, as well as Vernon, his personality is outgoing and he actually conversates with people instead of typing on the computer quietly. My fiancé loved the employees. Thanks guys

My fiancé and I walked in here about a letter we received from Sprint which was confusing and Vernon helped clarify the isssue. Since it was an easy problem solved, Vernon advised us to look around. Weve been looking into buying a portable speaker, and he delightfully presented us with all the ones we were interested in as well as allowed us to hear each speaker until we found the one we were satisfied with. We walked out with a great portable speaker and again we are leaving extremely happy with our visit to this Sprint. Highly recommend This Sprint!

Jose, the store manager, was very friendly and helpful with me. My issue was that my Galaxy SII was not charging anymore so He was able to get a replacement phone for me (he was honest in telling me 5 business days) that works brand new at no charge because I have insurance. He took his time in making sure my profile and all my contacts were on the new phone as well as testing the phone to make sure it worked. This is a man of great professionalism and courtesy. I will come here again.

This store exceeding all of my expectations. I switched from T-mobile and Im very happy with my service and my new IPhone. All of the sales reps are extremely friendly, even when I come in 10 minutes before closing. Doug was the one that helped me and he went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied every time I come into his store. I couldnt ask for anything more.. When I went to pay my bill Cassandra was engaging and helpful since the moment I walked in, considering the high volume of people. Dymoni went out of her way just to greet me. I understand they do sales here but not being able to explain to my elderly mother she could place her account on a seasonal hold till she figures out how to pay for a new one is just flat out robbery. shes beenen paying for service for half a year. shame on you Sprint!

good service but beware of any activation fees ( 18$) for upgrades. the sales person didnt tell me of any and she said i only would see a 10$ data fee more per month. called sprint and was told i could have activated online for free.....go figure.
