I visited this store to buy a discounted used washer and dryer set. The saleswoman did not seem too knowledgeable of her stock and sold us the incorrect fittings. The dryer didnt last one load and needed repair. After a week the serviceman showed up with the wrong part and said there would be another week delay. I was fed up and went back to the store to get a refund. The salesmen were reluctant to refund but did. I price checked the same washer and dryer set at Home Depot and found them new for an extra $150. I went back to the outlet store to get a refund on the washer as well. The salesmen said the could not process the refund and I would have to come in a different day to see the manager. After some more discussion I guess they were tired of talking to me and decided that they could indeed process the refund after all. I now have to wait 15 days for Sears to credit my refund for something I used a debit card to buy. Poor products and worse customer service. Would not recommend even for the discount.

Sharmar I would just like to say how refreshing it was to come into your store last night and receive the best customer service I have received in a long time. Sharmar restored my faith in retail. Although young he was very professional and was keen to details. He assisted my wife and I. He helped us to select the appropriate oven range for our home. He patiently explained things to us so that we were very comfortable with such a big ticket purchase. He carefully took care of this transaction and the delivery process as well. He was simply a refreshing experience for us, especially in a world where it seems at times the young people do not care. He was the exact opposite. Whoever hired him made an excellent choice. I wish him the best on his career choice and I am confident that he will succeed in whatever career path he chooses. Thank you

Nope, just no. The sales people dont know anything about their own inventory (what they have or what the items can do), the delivery missed the window twice. The dryer did not come with plug which they did NOT tell me until after delivery (when I called, they told me they are "sure" someone told me), then tried to sell me a plug for twice as much as Lowes. I had to install it myself so hopefully you are a handy person. Then the washers waste hose came with a hole and flooded our laundry room. Not worth the $100 you are trying to save, just go with Lowes or Home Depot. For shame Sears....

Bought a fridge yesterday brought it home pluged it in went to the store bought food but never thought the fridge wouldnt work. Woke up in the morning to the fridge on but never cooled. All food went bad, very upsetting due to paying some one to take it to the house and know im out groceries and a ride to take the fridge back. Called the store back they said there manager was busy and would call me back just to tell me to bring it back! Never again!

Lets be honest- after reading the other reviews I was anticipating "fat" associates.... That wasnt the case. I was planning on spending upwards of $500.00 there;however, I was never approached or even greeted by any one of the 5 employees I saw. Eh... Customer service must not be priority there.

Went to the store and wait for 20 minutes to get some assistant when the guy came I feel like somebody Force him to work associate at the store bad no customer service at all. I wonder why the story is super slow because of bad customer service

Worthless nickle and dime store. Bought a dishwasher with delivery and installation. Sears refused to honor the deal and tried to charge an additional 135$ on top of what was already paid. This place is ridiculous steer clear at all costs!
