STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE , DO NOT WALK IN !!!!! 0 stars for this store ... horrible business So just a heads up, do not buy you phone here , they will push you to buy an Mobile Hot Spot which you dont need and they will tell you it comes with your plan , which is a huge lie and they make a huge commission on that becuase they lock you in with that mobile hot spot for freaking 2 years , and if you want to cancel it you have to pay 500$ cancelation fees. Spend 5 minutes more and go to another sprint store if you can ... if you walk in to this store the used car sales person / Manager(named: Kunal Paul) will push you to buy a phone from him .... he talkes with a deep Indian accent and will disrespect you whenever he can. ( i beleive he enjoyes it ) .... But dont listen to me look at all the other reviews here and you do not want to buy your phone from this store .... Sprint should seriously consider making a person manager with more education and respect, this store manager should work at a gas station . I do beleive this guy is from one the lowest cities of india , which recently came here , and I beleive he is a family member of the owner, that is why he is the store manager ... i beleive he is the brother in law of the owner alex , one of the employees named Tom was telling me about . Dont waste your time , its not worthed .

Be warned, this is not an official Sprint store! Sure, they have the giant SPRINT logo out front, but on the door it says "powered by Arch Telecom". This would be okay if the associates were helpful, but instead they fed me a lie and almost made me leave Sprint! They told me they couldnt order the phone I wanted. Instead of pointing me to the real Sprint store down the street, they had me call them as if to imply that no Sprint store has access to this phone (Note 5 64 gb gold if youre wondering). Customer service is down right awful, and the associate reminded me more of a snake oil salesman than someone working with cell phones. Very unpleasant experience, Sprint needs to Crack down on this store, it almost cost them a long standing customer.

Do not go to this store. Unfortunately they do not care about you once you leave the store. Ive been with sprint for some time, we upgraded our phones to newer phones and the phones were not ordered properly, even worse, I was just blown off. I was never called back, I had to keep calling just to see what was going on. This is the worst service I have experienced, not just for phones, for any store in general. I eventually called the corporate office and handled things myself. Ill go to another sprint location next time.

Worst experience of my life manager Paul lied about my service plan added accessories that I had to pay for witch I found out I didnt have to and he told me was taxes stay away from this store they will lie to you worst management in retail never coming to this sprint store again especially with manager Paul beware
