If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Went in to get a new case for my new phone and unfortunately didnt have the case in stock. I spoke with the salesperson on the floor and she said she would be happy to help me (great I thought!). She said that I can order the case and it will be mailed to my address in about 2 weeks. She took down my information and everything seemed to be all set, can you guess where this is going? Never received the case. Waited 4 weeks before heading back into the store. According to them my purchase looks no different than a transaction for a case that was in stock so it looks like I purchased this nonexistent case in the store (thanks lady!). They told me they could do nothing for me and I should come back when a manager was in the store. Went back at least 3 more times, manager was never in the store and I reversed my charge through my bank. Never EVER let these people charge your card without holding the item in your hands, chances are they will mess up your order.

Friendly representatives but liars. Brandon got us to renew our Directv service while Directv was running a promotion that gave you a $100 Visa gift card after 3 months service. After 3 months (now 6 months) and several failed attempts for getting our $100 gift card, the store clerk told me to contact the Rewards department for assistance. The CS representative their, after several minutes waiting, told me "I see it has been over 120 days and therefore this offer has expired". So "if it sounds to good to be true, it really is too good to be true". But dont give up. Backtrack and follow-up to make sure someone listens and takes action. Fortunately for me the sales rep. was able to provide me with a monthly credit in the amount of the LOST (...how convenient) in the system $100 gift card. However, it was exhausting, took a lot of time and persistence which should never be the case for a multi-Billion $ monopoly to recognize. Hence the rating. Advise - Get it in writing or walk out.

If you value your time, NEVER go to this store! Absolute worst customer service ever. Waited for 45 minutes to speak with an employee while there was nobody else in the store ahead of us, while another employee stood around doing absolutely nothing... but his "job" was to check people in. So one employee stood around doing nothing for 45 minutes, because nobody else came in, instead of helping us. We had 2 minutes of very simple, general questions. We asked him several times if he could help us or how long the wait might be, and he was nothing but horrifically rude. Acting as though our being in the store (or even existing) was inconveniencing him. AT&T should hire better people. If someone doesnt like people, they shouldnt be working in an environment like that. I will never go back to this store.

Had a wonderful experience purchasing a phone at this location. I think I worked with Anna? Then I had an issue with ATT processing something. I called corporate THREE TIMES (ugh). Each time they said it would take 15 minutes to process, and they would call me back. No call. No text. Called this store location on 3/28 at 7p "just to see" if there was anything they could do to help. The person I spoke to said he didnt think they had the ability to help with my request at the store, but he was SO AMAZINGLY NICE...and said that, if he could, he would look into it on my behalf. I checked back on my account an hour later, and my problem was fixed. I dont know what magic they did, but what corporate could not solve, this store did. Thanks for making my spring break awesome with a new phone.

Lucas was awesome. After dealing with several other CS reps at various ATT locations, who all tried to be helpful and WERE helpful to some degree, Lucas helped me understand that my phone problem was probably not truly "fixable". Instead of mumbling, "hmmm . . weird . . ok, I got it to work" as so many before him had done prior to sending me on my way without a clue, Lucas instead explained, patiently, what the issue most likely was (hardware = time to replace); but instead of trying to sell me on a new phone, he made budget friendly suggestions. So, rather than leaving this location feeling like a number and a nameless face, I left feeling like someone had addressed my very specific, somewhat atypical issue. And as importantly, I felt armed with a bit of knowledge.

The manager is fasicious and condescending! After a 40 min wait, i told him about the crashes (after Atts failed automatic update attempts. A known issue!!!) on my phone and he told me it must have gotten wet and proceeded to show me water marks on my phone!!! (My phone didnt get wet you idiot! !) I went to a Samsung store, they flashed it (forced the update) and voila...no water marks! ;) it doesnt crash anymore!!! I understand you get commission and your job is to sell, but it is only 50% of your job. YOU represent AT&T and need to support their customers.

Some of the employees lie and or have difficulty with solving simple mathematics. The the guy had the audacity to argue with me when I told him $200 upfront is cheaper than $25 each month for 18 months. Even if I had been wrong customer service 101 dont argue with customers. The manager did not help either. Go to another store or better yet go to another provider. If you decide to go here anyway read the other review and just make sure you get Ms. Breanna they had a good experience with her.

Unfair and Deceptive practices. If you want to be insulted and treated with disrespect, and get charged for their errors, this is the place to go. Complaint to file with FTC and Consumer Affairs and writing a letter to Randall Stephenson (CEO) of experience and erroneous charges made for ATTs mistakes.

I dont know why this place gets a bad rap, sure most cell companies are monopolies but this store seems like they know why theyre doing. Ms Breanna helped me with my transaction with class and a smile. Not to mention her attractiveness, which only improved the experience.
