The manager of this store, Rob, is actually pretty good. Its the Guest Service team that he needs to work on as well as a few of the cashiers. If you walk up with coupons, the look of dread will run over some of these people’s faces to which I say, relax. :) Others have the "superiority complex" where as they attempt to tell you that you cannot use two coupons (store & manufactures coupon) on the same product with a smug look on their face. To you I say, BRUSH UP ON YOUR COUPONING 101 because you can indeed! Also, if the item turns out to be free, please know that this money does not come directly out of "your paycheck", but rather your store makes money when accepting coupons and processing them correctly. You get reimbursed from the companies of said products along with .08 or more per coupon used!! And....be aware that if a coupon does not clearly state a specific size of product that YES...I can use it on a travel item. For example the Tide travel one load. Tide often puts coupons out for $1 OFF ANY of their Tide products along with various other items & sizes offered by Tide. Do you think these companies were born yesterday that they are not aware of their travel size going to go for free? Are you aware that generally when clipping this coupon, there is another coupon right next to it for $2 off one Tide item that states clearly (travel size not included)? Whats worse, is when I have the whole insert with me and show you and you still feel the need to contact the store manager as you attempt to embarrass me by addressing the line that has now formed behind me stating Im sorry, this person has coupons so you might want to go to another register!!?? You’re only embarrassing yourself, your manager and the Target name with your lack of coupon knowledge and ignorance. To Rob I say.....educate your employees. Though I love interacting with you EVERY time I have coupons in your store, it eats up a lot of my time and when I have children, that time is very precious to me!

Feels Well

I go to Target very often and I like this store. But recently I had bad experience with cashier. I went to the cashier where was one customer and stared to take out my stuff from the card. Lights was on. The cashier finished with customer, turned lights off and told me that she is closed and send me to an other. An other employs had two - three people on line and also I was very limited with time. I really was shocked and surprise with this attitude and kind of service! Why she did not tell me before? Why she did not take me and notify customer after me? Why she did not turn lights in advance? Why? Why? Why? Why in other stores as Walmart, St.Bros., Ralphs etc. employs take you anyway and specially if you took stuff from the card? The manager needs to train his stuff about this matter and how to provide good service. Now I dont go to this particular store, because I dont want to get bad attitude and service! Take care! I frequent this Target as it is close to my job. The staff are friendly and abundant. I never have a problem finding what I need. The Starbucks baristas there are also helpful and are really friendly (and they spell my name right). Hours are good and they make sure the inside and outside is clean. For whatever reason parking is always full regardless of the time.

This Target is great if you know what youre getting or if you utilize the Target app... the employees arent that great with helping out but the store is kind of out of the way and is maintained pretty cleanly so you can get what you want with minimal fuss with low traffic

I live in the apartments right across the way and this target seems to be a stomping ground for me at least 3 days a week. It has the most staffing Ive ever seen! Every employee is extremely helpful and attentive. I love that they all seem to be friends and get along.

Unethical people bring their "service dogs" in with them and put them in the food carts. Dirty. Not cool to take advantage of laws to help the truly disabled. Every human needs emotional support...if you cant be without your pooch for a Target run -- stay home.

I have had so many bad experiences at Target stores it is honestly hard to believe. That said, the employees and management at this location were super helpful and friendly. I would give them a 5 star rating, but they are still Target and I hold grudges.

Somewhat disorganized and feels like it could use a remodel. Its a pretty normal target however with good parking. I tend to lose cell service in the beauty department (on ATT) but that is not affecting the review, just a heads up.

This is a larger sized target and tends to have more selection than the Target on Alicia. The only issue I have is with the grocery section. NO matter what day of the week I go, they always seem to be out of a lot of items.

Bought a Puma match ball from here for $30 however I had to return it after a day as the material started to come off. Nevertheless they were very friendly about it and let me have a simple full refund!

Its an easy store to get in and out of quickly. The staff is friendly but, busy running the daily operations of the store and isnt really available to help you find things youre looking for.

Never can find the sale items I want. Always speedy and fast check out with no attitude. The location is usually pretty busy so be prepared to park in the North 40 and walk to the entrance.

The employees were very helpful and seem to be very efficient. They open new registers as soon as they see more then three to four people at a register. The restrooms are well maintained.

Parking is easy and the lot isnt dangerous. Oftentimes there are stock carts in the aisleways with no one attending them which are annoying. The bathroom is not the cleanest.

Target isnt as good as it used to be. Their prices have definitely gone up and their styles are somewhat gaudy. Dont even talk to me about their clearance prices.

I had coupons and Cartwheel. Cartwheel was scanned and the 10% was not deducted. This always happens at Target...so I go there as little as possible.
