This is the biggest michaels in the area. Unfortunately its not the closest to me, but I will make the trip if my regular michaels is out of stock of a particular item that I cant wait for. This michaels will always have what I need in stock.

Manager is completely unhelpful. She was complaining loudly about how much she disliked her job (said it was her SECOND job so she didnt care) and the prices are higher than the foothill ranch location.

This is an older store but its really big so theres lots of stuff to find. If you cant find it the staff is very helpful to help you find what youre looking for.

As Michaels go, this is a good one. The store is huge, well stocked, well lit, and full of friendly staff. Theres always lots of parking.
