I went there for a simple check up on when my next upgrade is. I was greeted with a rude retort by the associated behind the desk. I was ganged up, three employees, when they felt that I was an inconvenience. They were on a real defensive when I was sounding unhappy to something they are clearly at fault at. This was after waiting 15 minutes when there werent as much other customers to begin with. The reason for this is that they denied my PIN and security answer, which were clearly correct when I went to another Sprint store and also verified it with the Customer Support on the phone. This was by far one of the worst experiences that I had with Sprint, and Sprint, for the most part, have had treated me with great service and support for the past couple years that I have been with them. I hope that these guys get reprimanded and disciplined for what they have done to me and other customers. They are clearly not representing the people who hired them the respect they deserve. For those looking for a nearby Sprint store, avoid this one and go to the one in Foothill. Its only an exit away, and at the very least, even if they are not the best, they will treat you a bit more decently than the very rude ones here.

I have been to this store several times . I purchased a galaxy s4 , ever since I got it has been nothing but problems . the manager mike is really under qualified rude an unproffesional. when it comes to get a phone repair. on my last visit I waited 30 minutes to get noticed, once mike the manager seen me he asked me what was the purpose of my visit I said to him same problem with my phone his response you look familiar, can you leave your phone and come back in a hour and a half . I left the phone came back 2 hours later and not a thing got done on it . My opinion I would not recommend sprint to none of my customers or friends or family members. very nasty and unprofessional . Sprint reception not good or response to phone service repair. DO NOT GET SPRINT .

This is by far the best Sprint store I have ever been to. The entire staff is knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. Dequincy Williams made this experience over the top. He went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Adrianna, Monica, and Michael are also always helpful and knowledgeable. They make a usually monotonous experience fun and entertaining; all while going above and beyond to keep us happy with Sprint. From here on out this is the only Sprint store for us. From the moment i walked in i can feel the professionalism. Even though it was busy, i was helped right away and got my situation handled like they really cared about my problem. I highly recommend this store to any sprint customer. This is the way every sprint store should be. The sales rep nestor was very knowledgeable and handled everything the way it should always be. The assistant and store managers both were very nice! Please make the corporate store in rancho like this one.

Let me start off by saying, the Store Manager, Michael is AWESOME! He is patient, very thorough when he explains things to you which is obvious that he is knowledgeable about his job & more importantly honest. He definitely deserves 5 stars for his superior customer service! The overall staff is nice, friendly, welcoming & knowledgeable. This is the only Sprint Store I will go to because I know they will take care of me!

Went to replace broken phone and had to return three times and spend 2 hours on the phone with sprint customer service to activate phone and transfer contacts, a 30 minute operation. Called to speak with store manager and got voicemail and no call back after 4 attempts. Cindy was least helpful of the bunch, but only Jose took time to apologize and hear my complaints.

Adrianna helped us out at the store, let us know about our plan and helped us get a new phone with still saving money monthly on our bill. Also, leah made us feel special coming into the store and acknowledging that she had remember us from the last time we had came into the store. I would definitely be recommending friends and family to come into this location.

The store was very clean, efficient and very well ran! Adrianna was EXTREMELY helpful with my concerns and issues on my account. She certainly went above and beyond normal customer service protocol to get my issue resolved. I will definitely come back to this store location for all my Sprint needs.

I would reccomend this store to any one around the area and dont go to the foothill and rochester or the one inside the mall.

Walked in and was never acknowledged by employees, sat around waiting for an hour and a half before one of the employees started assisting someone else who walked in after me. Terrible customer service, again I was never greeted as I walked in and was never acknowledged at all

I really like this sprint store they had the fastest service I ever got from an phone company.. I was helped by Omar he was very helpful and attentive to help me get the best plan .. I highly recommend this location and if possible ask for omar
