I was dreading going into Sprint at this location because of my past experiences but its the closest location to me so I thought Id give it another try. Im glad I did. Diego the Manger greeted me when I walked in and I explained the problem I was having with my phone. Even though they no longer have a tech at this location Diego was offered to look at my phone since he had the knowledge from working at other locations with techs, and it would save me the inconvenience of having to go to an other location. He fixed my phone, he was very professional and courteous. He also let me know that the store was under new management and new staff. I would gladly return to this store and highly recommend it to all my friends and family.

Went in to check my account, however, without my PIN# they couldnt help me. Even with my Drivers license and all other identification I had with me they still couldnt help me. They directed me to the "corporate" store on Tyler, however, when I asked what time they closed the guy said I would have to find out. Like, seriously? You couldnt even tell me? You had 1 customer inside the store and 2 employees. You, the guy I talked to, was just sitting on your butt when I walked in. So irritated with Sprint right now!!

This store is the worst store ever I switched my plan and the big headache and problem started my bill was more than $1400 the the african american manager didnt help me he was just eating on the back and I can see him He sow how frustrated I was talking with those idiots in customer service they are the worst and said me talking to them theres nothing I can do..really?!!!

I came in and the employees were so helpful. Dylan helped me process my order and he was so informative and nice . And David was also giving me information on different phone and different deal. They are very professional and make you feel completely comfortable . Although they made me miss class trying to switch to a new phone it was completely worth it. Two thumbs up.

5 stars for Meghan and Veronica for getting my billing issues resolved, plan changes corrected, and following up a couple of days later to be certain I had an A-1 customer service experience. I will not be calling in to cust.service anymore they created a headache and I am sooooo glad I dropped into the Riverside store, they fixed it all. Thanks Ladies!

The Manager David was very helpful. Im glad the old manager is gone he was very rude and never gave good customer service. Thank you David for taking the time to look at my account and give me options. I will be back from now on and no longer purchase at the mall.

Great service very helpful, patient with us as were not so versed on these new phones. Tried a Sprint near our city they were not helpful at all rude so we went back to the Riverside Store on Central always so accommodating recommend them by far the best.

It took an amazingly long time to just buy and place a screensaver on my iPhone. There were hardly any customers in the store, a bunch of staff behind the counter doing nothing, and it still takes 30 mins to buy and lay on a plastic film?

I have tried all day to call to see if my new phone arrived and it goes to voicemail. The voicemail is full so unable to leave a message. I guess since the voicemail is full, they dont return call anyway.
