I went in to upgrade my device and left with the cracked screen phone i entered with. My account is eligible for a upgrade for iPhone SE or 5s for Zero down & Zero monthly for the device, as long as i roll with Sprint for another 24 months. When i told her this, she was in disbelief and became moody from that point on. I asked whats the problem, her response. " i cant believe that and i will not honor that deal, and we dont do contracts, Ive never heard of that deal" while shaking her head. I was shocked, I even logged in my phone to show her i was not making it up. She saw it to be true and says, "you need to go to another store because that cant be honored here. I said why not, is this not a Sprint store? you need to go to another store or online she says. I felt she was more against my every word instead of attempting to work with me. Rude short chubby gal with glasses, avoid her.

Lynda is more than fantastic. She is incredible!! I am the owner of the shop next door to Sprint and I cant even believe she closed me! So many of the representatives tried and I would say no , but Lynda just knew exactly what to say and offer price plans that are going to save me money. Even tho Im a business Owner, I would love to save money , I mean who wouldnt !??!! I really recommend lynda to anyone ! So stop by and visit her so she can save you some money! The sales representative there are helpful and friendly as well.

I had a great experience at this sprint store. I was helped by lidia, she helped me get a great deal.I switched from Verizon to sprint and saved about $30 on my monthly bill and the plan is even better than my old plan! Lidia answered all the questions I had and made switching easy. I dont really write reviews but lidia did such a great job I had to write something I recommend going to lidia, she really did a great job.

Best experience Ive had at a Sprint store. My wife always used to go to the store in Redlands but lately weve just run into so many issues there and zero customer service. This store, however, is fantastic. No waiting, they took care of our account right away. They were able to process our upgrades and even helped set up our new phones. We will come back to this location every time we need something from Sprint.

lidia greeted us while we were browsing and automatically helped us with a big smile and was very nice she gave us very good and specific details on everything new and on sale she gave us GREAT information in our account that can get us upgrades and stuff after all she was very good and helpful 100% nice, respectful, and hardworking

I only came to buy a charger and walked out with a new phone and a tablet thanks to linda! This store has great customer service! I love the fact that sprint now has a new plan for tablets, it only $25 bucks for unlimited data! Im letting all my classmates know at CAL STATE about this awesome plan! No more carrying text books lol

Great experience. Manager Lynda has been so helpful. If you need assistance, or might want to switch carriers, just come to this store and ask for Alicia, Lynda or Robert. They will go above and beyond. Id come back just for a conversation!

Good customer service. My only complaint was their floor was a bit warped as you walk in enough to where you could trip you. Hopefully theyve gotten that fixed otherwise very nice clean store.
