Absolutely terrible. After waiting for 2 hours to get help, Alena started to multi-task with a customer who was AFTER us. She spent 15 minutes trying to get the air bubbles out of the previous customers screen saver layer as we patiently waited. The customer getting help with his air bubbles said 4 times "I can fiddle with that latter". She carried on. We mentioned that she had 25 minutes before the Charger game started as she tried to smooth out his air bubbles and she handed us the TV remote! She later requested that I push "search" for a phone number I gave her as the account holder, saying her hands were full! I was embarrassed and humiliated, as if the number I had given her was wrong and I needed to prove to MYSELF that it was a correct number. She refused to give me her last name or her employee ID number. I will be calling the store in the morning and if the manager is there in the P.M. I will drive the 45 minutes to talk to him. My 85 year old mom will be there in the morning to try and straighten out everything. Absolutely the WORST customer experience I have ever had. Shame on AT&T. Arent you guys making enough money to staff you stores adequately with trained, polite, helpful, thoughtful, educated staff? At the price I pay you would think you were giving legal advice. Shame on you again!

I will NEVER do business with this store again! First of all they are not part of ATT, they are just an authorized representative, so when pushed they will NOT stand behind what they say. They are dishonest, do NOT stand behind their commitments and do NOT have any loyalty to ATT or their products! Particularly you cannot trust Daniel or Bryant. They are more interested in covering up their mistakes than owning up to them and doing the right thing.

Poor service. Added underage son a few months ago, which required me to sign contracts in my name with my credit card set up for autopay. Now that I am attempting to transfer my line to take advantage of family plan employee wont do anything unless my son is with me or calls in. My signature was good enough to open his account; should be good enough go to add more services.

AT&T has become a criminal organization please ban all their products dont believe me look it up on YouTube they are making the world hate us sending over 30 thousand emails international and local calls to the CIA every single solitary day

Brandon is the best! This store is easy to get in and get out! All my issues with AT&T have been resolved thanks to Brandon. It proves to me that you can get caring customer service at an AT&T store!!

They were very knowledgeable and extremely helpful and answered all of questions in a timely manner. Parking was available in front of the store, and there were not any lines.

Convenient and glad we have a place to go for emergency sim cards. being smaller have smaller selection on what phones they have in stock.
