Vince, he was the greater at the door, bad attitude. I explained what I needed, he was clueless, he was rude, he was abusive, he made out like he owned AT & T and could pic and his customer . AT & T must have a policy and procedure, I know Vince does not have the authority to abuse and be rude to customers just because hes useless as a customer service agent, very arrogant and abusive. He has no idea of the definition of rude, if he becomes baffled and has no idea what hes saying, he will call you rude and kick you out of the store. I drove to another ATT store, the new location knew what I needed and I was taken care of in 5 mi Vince you have not been educated or trained in the basics of customer service, I am not being rude, just like in the store I was just being honest, not rude, you dont kick out customer for being rood, I did not rase my voice or use any bad language either. Vince you were rude and abusive, very poor person. I am a customer of AT&T not you Vince, Vince your work is attending AT&T customers, you did not do that, I know, Im an AT&T customer. Vince you should be sent for training, you might learn something, if you just stop being so superior.

My husband and I went into the store looking for internet. Jason was the one who helped us. He told us that u-verse wasnt available where we lived yet but he said he could go ahead and put in an order for DSL for us and if we found something elsewhere that we liked better, just to call him and he would cancel everything. He also gave us his personal cell phone number because he was going to be off the next day. Cox had some better offers so we called Jason the next day and asked that he cancel everything. He never did. Ever since then we have been getting bills and have spent hours on the phone with the store manager and with customer care. Everyone told us they couldnt do anything about it and we had to call someone else. We should never have gotten a bill in the first place. So my suggestion, if you go into this store, dont ask Jason for help. As for us, we will never have service with AT&T because of the run-around we have gotten.

This place is terrible! My wife was going into labor and I accidentally dropped my phone in the sink. Contractions were a few minutes apart so she needed to go to the hospital at any time. I needed my phone to call family and it wasnt working do to the water damage. I called this ATT location, explained my situation, and asked if I could start purchasing a new phone over the phone. They didnt care at all about my situation, stating: "Unfortunately sir, you will have to come down in order to process an order". So I went down there, and again explained my situation. They said it was a 5 minute wait. At 15 minutes and after watching employees standing around doing nothing... I decided to leave. Obviously my situation and my business are not important to them. Thankfully my contract happen to be up and I will be switching to a provider who cares more about their customers.

Absolutely worse experience ever . I went in to switch from t mobile . Lilianna the rep that helped me was pleasant enough but after 2 hours trying to get my phone unlocked and after buying business internet service from her she informed me that she needed to pick up her daughter and that I would need to wait until another rep could help me. I waited 20 minutes while the manager who could have helped me walked around the store tiding up and speaking with other sales reps. I finally left the store with my business phone number in limbo and NO phone service . I went to other store but it was to late in the day to because corporate was closed. I would stay FAR away from this store . I now know why they have 2 stars. Att should really fix the issues at this store.

I live in mission beach and my cell reception here in my house isnt the greatest. That being said, I have very important calls I need to receive without any drop outs. I went into this store and was immediately greeted with Rodrigo. He was very professional and answered all my questions with a quick response. He hooked me up with a new device called Microcell. It basically boosts your 3g network in your home to full service. No more dropped calls and no poor reception! Best of all it doesnt require any contract or monthly fees. I will recommend this At&T store to all my friends and family.

Dont do the Buy One and Get One Free. My mom and I walked in asking every possible question about how much my phones would cost the next two months the representative assured me it would only be $176... once agreeing and going home I review the information given and call a representative my bill has now changed from $176 to $215 for the next three months plus the phone that I bought wont be coming in after 2 weeks when he insured me it would be here in 2 days because they were out of stock

Poor service by sales consultant AJ. He exhibited the most uninviting greeting at the front door. I would have felt more welcomed by a guard dog. I told him that I was looking for a tablet and he said to look around. They do have a good selection of those. He did go over the promotional products with me in a perfunctory manner. Thanks! Said he needed to talk to his manager walked away and left me standing there for several minutes without returning. Not sure why such poor service?

It is very difficult to get a straight answer from AT&T. I asked to lower my Internet Service Bill from the $26 it was on Oct. 13 2014 and the slightly higher increase I was now paying. They just billed me $44 a month. I only use it for emails and occasionally looking something up. I am satisfied with the low speed we get in this area. I will be asking my friends for a better Internet server.

really friendly, helpful and not pushy at all. I stopped in a few times when I was looking around and they were great. I came back to actually buy the Iphone that I decided I wanted and they didnt rush me at all but since I was in a bit of a rush they had me out of there in 15 minutes. it was great. I spoke with becky and michelle :)

Unethical. Have been hustled by their sales guys twice now, telling me one price or discount then seeing another on the bill. I had to call to have service changes corrected/discounted due to untrustworthy services both times. AT&T is a great company but this store is a nightmare. Avoid it at all costs.

The rep lied to me and my bill went up $100 per month. When I went back in they explained how they had lied to me and that I would have to buy the phone for a higher price if I wanted my package to go back to what it was previously. They are crooks.

Stopped by the UTC store to add service to an old IPhone I had and was told I would have to wait nearly 2 hours. Left and went to Rosecrans and someone saw me immediately and added service. We were in and out in 20 minutes. Very good experience.
