HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE !! THE STORE MANAGER SAVANNA AMES SOLD ME A PRODUCT THAT WAS BROKEN. I RETURNED THE PRODUCT THE NEXT DAY TO THE STORE AND COULD NOT RECEIVE A REFUND. SHE SAID THE PRODUCT THAT WAS SOLD TO ME WAS PREVIOUSLY OPENED BY ANOTHER CUSTOMER AND THAT ITS NOT HER FAULT FOR THE BROKEN EQUIPMENT. I ASKED WHY WOULD YOU SELL ME SOMETHING THAT HAD ALREADY BEEN OPEN BY SOMEONE ELSE AND SHE DID NOT RESPOND. SHE SHOULD BE FIRED IMMEDIATELY OR THIS STORE LOCATION SHOULD BE CLOSED INDEFINITELY.

I got scammed at this store! Some young man talked me into renewing my contract, promising me an additional 20% off a month. It never happened and know im stuck in a 2 year contract paying way more than I should. ATT is expensive compared to all other new offers out there. ATT customer service is a HUGE joke.

Worst att ever.. they charged me twice which caused me to go into the negatives and accumulate over 100$ in overdraft fees.. every single time I set foot in this location they have screwed me over... never again will I go there again.. absolutely pathetic!

One person working meant we had a line but he was a pro at his job. Clean store with AC. 2 hour free parking in their lot is gold for the area so you can hit North Park after you sort out your phone.
