Unprofessional service. I came in to downgrade service by dropping a line from my plan to move to a prepaid phone. The representative was disengaged the entire time I worked with him. While waiting for him, he spent the whole time looking at his Snapchat account, along with another store rep alongside of him. Verizon asked to speak with me to confirm some account information, and their phone service was so bad I wasnt even able to hear the Verizon rep over the phone. The team there was completely unconcerned and seemed to make no attempt to help me or that there was even a problem with that. I would think that it was because I was disconnecting a line and not adding/upgrading. Regardless, I wont be back.

When we came in Haris turn the music down without us asking... that in it self is very considerate of customers. Very patient, went slow enough for us to understand. Solved my problem with my phone. When in the store last week treva helped my husband with an issue with his phone and mentioned we could save money on our plan because we didnt use all of our data. He didnt have time that day so while seeing Haris we mentioned this and he fixed us up explained how we could save and so were now saving $45.00 per month. We are so happy that this store came to surprise. Great support for customers and great customer service employees

Used to go to the location in Estrella Mountain Ranch and they are great, but my go-to rep is Treva. She was transferred here so I followed. She always gives me personal attention and service! I love this store even more! Its not cramped, no wait time and great atmosphere! Annnd...no parking or construction issues! They make sure every customer gets top notch service and Treva always follows up with the best deals for me! She even stayed extra late to help another last minute customer with a technical support issue! No more Corporate store for me!

I love coming to this store! All the reps are friendly and Treva has helped me two days in a row with a difficult situation. She was absolutely knowledgeable, patient, and kind. She had to troubleshoot two difficult things and found the solutions without hesitation. And her sense of humor made the process less painful as well. Shes a gem! Never move this store it is so convenient to have.

This place is a joke. Ive been sitting here for over an hour and the staff has yet to even finish one transaction. Some service that they got going on here. If we stayed here and waited the store would be closed by the time they get through the other two people in front of me. Horrible service and now Im taking my business elsewhere. My husband and I love thus store. Its great to have a Verizon store that is in the neighborhood. Treva has been a big help each time we go into the store. She is patient, kind, and is able to multi task and help others with questions. We are not great with smartphones, but we are more comfortable knowing we have a store and a rep around the corner we can go to.

Worst service ever. For years Ive been told they would put a tower here in Surprise but nothing has been done. I live in Marley Park and get no bars with 1x network if Im lucky. Screenshot of my phone in my house. AT&T has a tower in Marley Park school. Time for me to move on.

They never answer their phone, and seem to be super clueless. I bought a galaxy note 7 (the bomb) and it was the hardest thing in the world to get them to return it. Now I have a case I cant use, and a screen protector that I got screwed on. Thanks for that
