Terrible. My phone was freezing and crashing so I went in to the store to see if I could either find out what was wrong with it or get a warranty exchange. The rep that helped me named Chris (hes the fat gay guy), told me he could get it done, but I would need to go home and save all my stuff to Samsung Switch then come back and do a factory reset on the phone and if it was still doing the same thing, then I could get a warranty exchange because I knew my warranty was still good until the following week. So I told him I would come back the next day after saving my data to Samsung Switch. The next day I go in and he starts telling me that since Im going to upgrade my phone it will only add 30 dollars to the bill, and that my phone is freezing because i dont have enough GB of data on my plan. So why is it freezing on WiFi, too? He couldnt answer. So I told him, Im not upgrading this is a warranty exchange as I just got finished saying, so he looks at my account and tells me that the warranty expired yesterday (if that was true why didnt he tell me that when I came in the store yesterday?) but I can upgrade or change in my phone which will give me 90 dollars, which two minutes later he says its actually only 80 dollars. So I was very upset with the bouncing around of information and it was clear that he was just trying to get a sale out of me rather than actually help a customer. So I left and called T-Mobile customer care who told me that my warranty was in fact very active still until the next week and they quickly put out a order for my warranty exchange and had it shipped to my address. The customer service at this t-mobile location is terrible, since they put me on the run around for no reason and lied to me about my own account information just to try to sell. Working in sales myself, I am disappointed to see that people stoop that low.

Went there with the intention of switching carriers. I had done my research on the website but had a few questions. They knew absolutely nothing. Slope headed mouth breathers. "Uhhhhh Im not sure" was the typical response. Really need some training at this location. Needless to say I took my business elsewhere! My Rep was Chris, hes the heavy guy that keeps on talking about how his gay partner cheated on him DUDE I DONT CARE IM THERE FOR PHONE SERVICE PLUS IM HOMOPHOBIC!!

This store is horrible. I went in to get a loaner phone and both loaner phones didnt work. I also was supposed to get my $54.40 deposit back and still havent received it. I called t-mobile store and no answer. So i called t-mobile customer service and they cant help me cuz its not the same system so they cant help. This is so frustrating because i dont have a vehicle or a ride to get to that store to fix this issue.

I love going to that store ,Ive gotten nothing but professionalism, patient, and they explain everything to the miniscule details ,Ive never left the store feeling ,wronged,taken for fool sticker shock or etc.. Ive gotten exactly what I want or more the sales associates there are awesome I refuse to go anywhere else

This is the best Tmobile in the Valley! The customer service is great, staff is very helpful, and its conveniently located. I like that the staff always go above and beyond to help you... No questions asked. I will continue to come here for all my T-Mobile needs.
