I dont usually dont write reviews but my last experience at this Radioshack was so bad that I felt an obligation to write a review. I have always trusted Radioshack to have the things that I need and have employees that are nice and helpful but on my last visit my opinion of Radioshack changed. I was helped by Wong who I think is the manger. Wong was very rude, unprofessional, and all around snotty. when I asked if they had a certain item in he treated me as if I didnt know what I was talking about. I described what I was looking for and without hesitation he said they didnt have it, and told me that I would have to look online. I later found the item I was looking for in the rear of the store. I felt offended at the way I was treated and I will go out of my way to avoid any store that "Wong the manager" works at.

Wong was very friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and caring. He went above and beyond to help us with the problem we had. If it wasnt for our expirience today with Wong, we would no longer be shopping at Radio shack. I wish it was possible to give more than 5 stars on this review, because he absolutley deserves far more than 5 for sure. He went 100% out of his way to help us, when no one else, including 2 other stores and corporate office, were not willing to. We greatly appreciate everything you did for us today! Thank you Wong!

I went to go find a plug so I can light up my fish tank, and the worker there knew just what to find, and was able to help me out in minutes. The worker was nice and even joked around a bit as we were figuring out what I needed! He made the experience better and was able to get a light for my little fish friend.
