The complimentary installation turned out to be more complicated than anticipated. Had an electrical problem that turned out to be a blown fuse. Had to take car to Infiniti dealer to diagnose and resolve. No extra cost to me at dealership. Folks at Batteries Plus tried to resolve. Were willing to reimbursement for any problem they caused. Other than my investment of time, issue resolved and guys at Batteries were great to work with.

I placed an online order which was promptly filled and an E-mail was sent notifying me that it was ready for pickup. Arrived for my order and was promptly greeted at counter. I was interest in another item, staff was very helpful and knowledgeable of product whic I then bought! Excellant service start to finish and good old "customer service". The service that I received was fantastic. I have an odd ball light bulb and Mike and his partner had it in stock, but I thought it was the ballast which they did not have in stock so they called a friend and were able to get me the ballast I needed. Not only are these guys good, but they are fun to work with. If you need any Batteries or Bulbs go see these guys.

Very easy to use the website and pick up in the store. By ordering online I was able to save 10%. When I picked up my battery at the store the customer rep was very helpful and explained the life time warranty. I have used Batteries Plus many times before and have always been very satisfied.

I was looking to buy a new battery for my phone found online from 7 to 25$ this place wants 78$ I know online is already cheaper but come on man. Would not recommend. So much for trying to support local businesses. Guess Ill just go Amazon :(

If someone at the location knows how to replace the auto battery then they will switch it out for you. As for my 2014 Buick LaCrosse, the man did mot know how to remove the existing battery.
