Went in to get my phone screen replaced and they broke my phone. They are not held responsible for any damages. So now instead of having just a little cracked screen we have a broken phone. Worst experience ever. Had to go back 3 times and wait for hours when they told us 30-40 minutes and still hadnt worked on my phone when I came back each time and then wasted our time since they broke the phone and couldnt fix it. They should be put out of business.

Purchased a glass screen protector from this Charleston location and Kasra installed it so perfectly!!! No bubbles at all! Ive had numerous screen protectors installed at different places (ex. T-Mobile stores) and theyve left bubbles on two of my devices. Ill never purchase my screen protectors anywhere else but Cellairis! Thank you so much!

Oscar was running a diagnostics test on my iPhone 5S bc it randomly stopped working, he said it was the screen, when he put it back together it worked again!!!! I was so happy. He was awesome & had great customer service as well. I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone needing help! Thanks Oscar.
