Kathy Montoya makes the whole experience worth it. Typically, I dont like being in cell phone stores and Im sure thats how most people feel about it as well. Seems to always be a hassle in one way or another, but Kathy sure knows to eliminate that kind of stress. Shes very knowledgeable, energetic, professional and very courteous to her customers. If she doesnt know something off the top of her head she is always able to find the solution in a timely and efficient manner. Always smiling when helping and looking for out for your best interest. As the wait was long, as usual in a cell store, I noticed this is how she treated all of her customers so I made sure that she was who I would seek for help. While on the phone with tech support she was taking notes on a notepad to ensure she got all the details correctly so that by the time she was done on the phone, that if she had forgotten something it was right there on her note pad to look at and remember. A lot of people dont put this kind of consideration into their customers nor their jobs and I really appreciated the way she able to help not only me but the others as well. Making the workplace a better environment on both sides of the table. I highly recommend to anyone to choose this store over the overs just because of Kathy. She will also call a few days after helping to make sure she did the right thing and you are no longer having a repeat issue. Thank you very much Kathy at GoWireless.

Very professional and friendly staff, but most importantly helpful. They got me started on my new verizon phone and walked me through some areas that I was unsure of how to do. I was greeted with hellos and smiles the moment I stepped into the store. I had many questions and visited the store numerous times while researching phones & plans that met my needs. I was never made to feel I was a bother, stupid or pushed to more costly phones or plans. Great job by all. I highly recommene this verizon store.

Service was exceptional other than the fact it took 6 hours for there district manager to give a code to refund my note 7. I was greeted in the morning (9:30)by Steven and he was very polite and and told me theyd call me when it was there. When I got my call at around 3:30 I went in and was very well treated by Michelle who seemed very knowledgeable about everything. Thank u so much u to. Only problem was the district manager not sending codes a lot sooner.

From start too finish Christian adequate my experience with Verizon today and enjoyable and productive visit. He also updated my plan which will save me money without me asking. He was knowledgeable skilled and very friendly. Verizon store a better company with Christian on board. He deserves a promotion and a raise. Great job. Excellent customer service.

Jennifer Hughes is the store manager and she is very professional and knowledgeable! I had a high bill with sprint and she switched my account over and not only saved me tons of money a month I made money with porting my number and trading in my old device. Im gonna ask her out!

Just to let you know I had great service from wireless consultant Christian he was a wonderful person he resovled my issues! Store is lucky to have him! He greeted me as I walked in while with customers and walked me to the door as I left. He needs a promotion and raise!
