If I could give it a zero I would! I live in Vegas, I needed a car battery. My dad who lives in NC bought it for me and it was okayed by an employee for me to pick it up as long as I had my ID. I get there and the employees tell me it has to be okayed by the manager. They refused to give me my damn battery even after seeing my license and talking to my father who also talked to the manager. After it was paid for I was not allowed to take the battery because I did not have the card on me that I bought it with. If your employee gave misinformation you still have to abide by it due to the customer is always right! Unfortunately my father called this morning and cancelled the order and now I am searching everywhere else for a battery! I will never go to this business again and neither will I send anyone there! Worst customer service ever! Corporate will be getting ahold of them and hopefully the boss gets fired! You will never get a penny from me!

Ordered my battery online and got a discount. The website helped me select the correct battery for my vehicle and told me which store had it in stock. When I placed my order I awaited an email to say it was ready. I drove in the general direction of the store and got the confirmation as I arrived. The clerk removed and replaced my battery for me in about 5 minutes. I also had them do a charging system check while I was there. The installation and check were free and the clerk couldnt have been more professional. I also picked up some batteries for my car key fob. I will probably return for my future battery needs.

I called to try to find an obscure battery. I told them I needed an Everready 531 for a Polaroid camera. I told to a guy on the phone who kept saying that was a car battery and wouldnt believe me. When I explained it for sure was not, he was like, "Oh you mean this SONY battery". I said it was for a Polaroid. He said his computer said it was only for Sonys and he didnt have any for Polaroids. This person was a complete moron that was not only an idiot but was belligerently sticking to his guns to the customer. First and last time I ever call Batteries Plus. This is why Battery Source is so much better.

Spouse ordered me a new car battery online from here after finding out that mine was leaking, and we drove to the shop where the employees did the replacement/installation. They were extremely kind and efficient despite the sweltering weather. The shop was clean, bright, and well-stocked with cool battery- and bulb-related items, one of which I bought while they were installing the car battery. Fully recommended! :)

It was easy and the best value in town! I was able to get a 10% discount for ordering online and picking up in store. I brought my old battery in and picked up my new battery and was in and out within 10 minutes I was on my way. The staff was friendly and professional. I would recommend Batteries plus any day for a, replacement automotive batteries.

I have a disability lift in my van that had a broken plug and I went to the Rainbow location were manager Julie and one of her technicians worked very had to solve my broken plug problem and even helped me fix the plug. Not very helpful sales attendant, he had me on hold for ten minutes on the phone. So I hang up and called again the guy is rude puts me on hols again. So I hang up again, I get there within 2 to 3 min and no one is on the store. The guy is not busy at all but he is on his personal phone. Not professional at all, no costumer service 1 star...
