STAY AWAY!!! Terrible experience. Cracked my phone screen a month and a half to two months ago went in this weekend to get it fixed. Took him 2 and a half hours. a half hour later the phone screen stopped working so I took it back he said he had to do a "soft core reset." It started working, but the next day it keeps reverting to the lg starting screen. I took it in he couldnt "figure it out" for 2 more hours. and he made it worse so i cant even use it now. I demanded a refund and itll take a 5-6 business days!!! they put my cracked screen back on in 10 min. One place I went to said it was a mother board issue because of the overheating and another place took it apart and said he didnt put it back together correctly and after she put it back together correctly I mean he didnt event use the proper electronics tape back into it. I went in to confront them about it and they argued with me saying it was not their fault and that he wasnt going to do anything about it. My Lg keeps trying to restart but ends up staying at the log starting screen and is overheating. The company that reassembled my phone properly said to see if it will work now but still no luck. Thanks for killing my new phone. I should have never gone here my phone worked perfectly fine for a month and a half with a broken screen at least my motherboard was not messed up. STAY AWAY If I could post negative stars I would!!! Will be looking into legal action.

I called ahead for a price quote on the repair of a power button for my iPhone. I was quoted $45. When I showed up, I was told $75 and that the last person was "misinformed." They did give me a discount to $60 and told me they would call me in about an hour. I came back after 2.5 hours - no calls and they were closing in 10 minutes. The lights were off and doors were locked - they closed early! Fortunately, I saw someone inside and insisted they open the door so I could get my phone back. I was then told they had to order a part and it would be ready on Monday. When I asked for my phone back, another person piped up and said he would just handle it on the spot if I could wait another 20 minutes. Nothing in this store was priced, and the sales process was more than misleading. If I never have to go back to this store, that will be too soon.

This is a hidden gem, and truly unlike other phone stores. Throughout my experience, they were dedicated to making sure I was taken care of. Gregory assisted me in finding the right iPhone, even at one point telling me another place had a better deal. I decided to go get that deal, but unfortunately it was already bought. I came back to this shop out of every other shop in the area, because it seemed they take pride in helping their customers. I was promptly guided to his best option for me, and not what is just most expensive. To further go above and beyond, they threw in a free tempered glass/case. Overall, they give you better service, have very generous prices, and are 10x more reliable than Craigslist.

I called about a quote on replacing my cracked screen. They gave me a very reasonable price as well as made sure I had the correct model of phone prior to quoting me a price. When I came in they asked me what I was quoted and they stayed true to their word. They were a lot cheaper than most quotes I got from other places. They were very fast and my phone looks like new! They gave me a great deal on a new phone cover and screen protector... After all was said and done I still payed less for all of the items and the repair than what I was quoted at other stores for just the screen repair! Very professional! I would highly recommend them!

Friendly and excellent service. Needed a new LCD screen for my Galaxy 4s. It was after 6pm when I stopped in. They were backed up with repairs and asked me if I would mind leaving my phone over night. Was reluctant, til offered a loaner phone. Phone was ready the next day and I didnt miss any calls while my phone was in the shop. Also, the price for repair was competitively lower.

iv been coming here for the last 6 years and have always had a great experience. Stellar customer service! My kids are always breaking their tablets and my phone. Any parent can understand that more then 10 minutes without a tablet for a kid feels like a lifetime. Very fast turn around time. Thanks again guys!

Over 2 years notice and they cant change the hours online. They open at 10 not 9. When I told them about the problem they insist they arent on google. How could someone this ignorant possibly fix my phone. I LITERALLY HAD TO CONTACT GOOGLE TO CHANGE THE HOURS ONLINE. A CUSTOMER HAD TO DO THE OWNERS JOB!!!

I went to two other repair centers and they were unable to fix my iphone screen. I took it there and they fixed it in an hour and the prices were very reasonable. This is the type of place you want to return to in the future
