Sucks, They fired the gal that sold us our phones, They lost all our info,They lost the phones we turned in. Caused a dispute. When I took the phones back they refused to take them then told me to leave the store.. I cancelled because of Sprint Customer service and the lies I was told by store personnel and their customer service reps After four months I was able to cancel my service. Now I will file a BBB compliant and A small claims against this store. Have now been threatened with Collections on the disputed bill.

Jessica made getting a new phone extremely easy. She was wonderful to work with. She is knowledgeable regarding the products she is selling, she provided helpful feedback, and as a result of her efforts Im a happy customer. I am still waiting for Sprint to get a protective cover for my screen, then I will be all set.

Spent a lovely hour and a half with Autumn. She was very knowledgeable and helpful in helping me fix my stupid cell phone. Autumn is patient, kind and will help you with any and all cell phone needs. If you need something fixed on your phone, go see Autumn. Shes great!!!
