Mary Luz, Mary Luz... We came to cricket with 4 phones, tough questions, and some herculean tasks. We encountered a young lady named Mary Luz. This girl is what customer service is all about. She wasnt able to complete the tasks we required, (Because they couldnt be done), but wow did she try. We left with a new activated phone and big smiles on our faces. We also learned that customer service is alive and well.
