We went into the store to take advantage of the T-Mobile pre-black Friday 2 free line promotion. We were told that there was also a promotion for free items and that we qualified for 3. We were given 2 UE Roll speakers and scrambled to find a third item which ended up being a lightning cable. Somehow these 3 items ended up being on an installment plan and for 2 months T-Mobile corporate said it was taken care of a deleted the monthly charges. On the 3rd month, corporate told us to call the store which then told us that none of the items were free and that we had to pay. This is fraud and never trust a T-Mobile store!

Jose, Juan, Ashley and all the rest of them are amazing! They are so knowledgeable and helpful and they make it such a wonderful experience. Ive been a T-Mobile customer for over 10 years and have been to several TMobile stores across the country...this one is definitely the best location!

Their network sucks. I ended up paying almost $1,000 out of my pocket to get out of them and went with Verizon. Terrible network.
