Sasha is extremely rude. I will not bring or Recommend any business here for any reason. I made an appointment for my dog to be groomed at 130 and told itd be an hour. An hour later I came back and walked around an additional 40 minutes waiting for my dog. When I asked if he was ready Sasha told me that they were really busy 3 dogs ahead of him hadnt even started on my dog. So my dog had been locked in a cage for almost 2 hours and I was not told it would be additional wait initially. I decided to just take my dog and asked the two individuals names. Sasha the rude associate started dusting hair in my face and told me it wasnt the others fault they are really busy not her problem. To work in retail is to be a pleasant representative of the company to the public not to have nasty sarcastic remarks to people who bring revenue to and pay youre bills. I wouldnt trust Sasha with my dog due to her unpleasant demeanor and hostile attitude. Id be worried about animals around her. Denise was pleasant throughout the entire experience and without hesitation provided store managers name. If you are to get your dog groomed, go somewhere else.

The grooming is AWFUL. I have been taking my puppy here to get groomed, and EVERYTIME have had a problem. They didnt clean her ears like they said because she had yeast in them. But the MOST shocking and horrible thing I came to discover is they clipped her nails for me. I went on a road trip and was massaging her paws when I noticed she jumped. So I look, and on EVERY SINGLE PAW and nail. Front and back was DRY BLOOD at the end of her nails. They clipped the too short to where she bleed on every nail and obviously didnt care to stop or tell me. I CRYED. She is only 5 months old. I cant imagine the pain she was in. So HORRIFIED by this and will never ever take her there again. Other than that the store workers are so sweet and nice and amazing.

Very bad customer service the lady manger is completely rude and not helpful employee just stand around and look at you wouldnt take a online order back after I picked it up and got it home and it was broke all they gave me when I picked it up was a print out and when. I went to return it the lady manger said she couldnt cause I didnt have the receipt even though the comfermiton email got said all I need to this email to return to the store after they wouldnt return it took it to a different petsmart and they had the return done in less then 5 mins

They have everything I need for my cocker , my cats, and some things I didnt know needed. Good proffesional advice! Nice staff. Good store! I had a coupon for a free bath and used. I had planned on taking my very hairy Cocker spaniel, " Harry " to be cut and groomed. After the warnings and review s posted here, forget it. Sorry Petsmart, thats a shame and dissapointment. Proving how word of mouth and one unhappy customer will bury you!

I took my rescue dog, Coco, in for her first spa day. I chose the Furminator treatment, nail grinding, ear cleaning, and teeth brushing as add-ons. Ive only had her 4 months and wasnt sure how she would react, but the staff did an amazing job! And even graded Cocos performance as outstanding as well! She looks and smells wonderful, and Im so glad I chose PetSmart to take care of my girl! Thank you!

This is the WORST Petsmart that Ive ever been to. Not only does this location have awful customer service but theyre also ALWAYS out of crickets! Every time that I call to ask it takes them forever to answer the phone, and recently I was hung up on! Dont go to this place!

If you need pet supplies, this place has it. That said, it is usually significantly overpriced. Especially some of the specialty pet goods. If you can wait and find what your looking for somewhere else, say online, you will save significant dollar.
