Most of the employees are very helpful, honest, and knowledgeable. The manager is very rude. She has a horrible tone. She screams across the store for her employees while they help others. And she will try to sell you anything she can. She definitely takes advantage of you not knowing anything about a new pet. Heres the big thing that kills me. I bought a leopard gecko from them a month ago. I usually buy crickets two or three times a week. They seem to be constantly out. This has happened multiple times. Its to the point I always call first. I was told they will be out for up to 4 more days tonight. Baby geckos are supposed to eat daily. Really wish they would have told me they will never have food for the $50 lizard they sold me and Id have to travel to another town to get food. You basically for the most part have regulars for crickets so I have a hard time understanding why you cant order enough or in a timely fashion.

This is a typical Pet Supermarket, with large amounts of square footage dedicated to dry pet food (and dog/cat supplies in general). Staffed with high school and college age personnel, I wouldnt rely strictly on their information to aid you in your quest for knowledge... Several young women working there have been helpful, but some of their male employees seem to be more interested in avoiding customers. Regarding exotic pets: Zephyrhills isnt exactly a hub for reptile or tarantula enthusiasts (yet), so the minimal amounts of non-traditional pets and supplies is reasonable.

Truly my favorite pet supply store. This was the only place I could find a large selection of items for giant dog breeds at an affordable price. The staff is extremely friendly. Dont forget to look at the adorable birds and rodents before you leave! Highly recommended for folks with dogs and cats. I cant speak for their selection of fish, bird, rodent, and reptile supplies since I dont own those pets, but I know that they do have supplies for them.

Very disappointed. A $200.00 sale turned into a $22.00 sale. One sale associate was on a register and one came to help. She helped me for 2 minutes when she got a cell phone call she walked away. I waited and walked around for a half hour. She never came back. I was interested in buying a ferret and cage basically everything I needed but had no help so I bought my fish and dog supplies and left.

I have been here many times and I was only dissatisfied once. I went in intending to adopt a cat, but I was completely turned off by the customer service. After many trips back and forth and phone calls we were able to provide the documents we needed that Margo vaguely described and she was still "not sure if they were good enough" Also its way overpriced.

An unethical company selling products they know that do not work. They even admitted this to us after we bought it. Stay as far away from this place as you can. The management cares nothing for its customers.

Product selection is alright, customer service could be a lot better as well as the prices. Wait and go to a Pet Smart or Petco if you can.

They have a good variety of dog treats and leashes/collars. They dont seem to have a very big selection of small pet items though.

Does not carry Linatone Shed Relief for Cats and Dogs. Everyone who has allergies knows this is the best product.
