I have been dealing with the ladies at The Flower Cottage for over a year, ever since it was taken over by the same owner that has Lacys Florist of Orange. Recently I needed flowers for my Mother, it was very last minute and I had no idea what I wanted. I called The Flower Cottage and the young lady I spoke with was lovely. Kaitlynn was very sweet and helped me pick out something wonderful, not only flowers, but a bracelet and a pair of handmade earrings. I was not only thrilled but more importantly my Mother was ecstatic. The flowers are still beautiful, a week later! The ladies at The Flower Cottage made me a gift I could be proud of. I highly recommend them and will use the exclusively from now on.

Went in because I needed a corsage. I described exactly what I needed , paid, and they told me it would be ready the next day. So the next day I go in and they hand me a crappy looking corsage that looked like a 4th grader had made. It had two old closed up flowers on it and it was totally not the right color. Problem because I needed the corsage that day. So this woman who I guess was in charge at first didnt even try to help. she said well they needed more time and they never even had the flowers I needed in the first place. so annoying. I asked her for a refund which was reluctant to give. Not to mention the corsage was 36 dollars! horrible service, horrible quality, never coming back here again.

I stopped in last week to get flowers for our anniversary. They only had a couple of arrangementdays in the cooler. None of them were very exciting. The lady working there said she could add some additional flowers to make it more colorful. She said how much did I want to spend? She suggested about $80.00 and I agreed. On the next day, some of the flowers were looking sad. By the second day a lot of the flowers were done and the roses never even started to open. My wife thinks that they were old flowers. Thats the first and last time I will be shopping there.

Ive been using The Flower Cottage for some while now. Ive always found the ladies to be most helpful and I believe they have the best flowers in the area. Its the same owner as Lacys Florist in Orange so Im comfortable knowing these people are the very best at what they do. I dont normally review on Google however thought I should pass on my personal experience. Keep up the good work.

The flowers created for my moms burial were more beautiful than we expected. They were colorful, gorgeously arranged, & the ribbon accent with "Mama" was exactly the right touch for the arrangement. The service was friendly, timely, & courteous. I will highly recommend this florist to friends and family. Thank you, Flower Cottage for making our Mamas burial beautiful!
