I Called Yesterday To Place A Order For Dilevery To Be Told That It Was A $40 Minimum For Delivery. I Would Have Probably Changed My Mind And Went With Something A Bit More Pricy Had The Lady Not Been Rude & Not Friendly At All! I Felt like Because I Wasnt Spending A "Large" Amount Of Money That It Was Like A "Ol Well She Wasnt Spending That Much Money Anyways" Yes I Only Wanted A Thank Yu Arrangement Sent To North Jefferson Elementary School Because My Sons Principal Recently Transfered There Frm Charles Town Middle School & He Saved Up His Money Frm His Chores To Send Her Some Flowers As a Token Of His Appreciation. I Told Him That I Would Call & Take Care Of It & Im Glad That I "Tried" To Because If She Would Have been That Rude To My Son This Momma, Wouldnt Have Been Happy To Say They LEAST! They Then Called Me Back This Morning To Say That Her Boss Could Take It For No Delivery Charge Since He Works There So I Reconsidered and Decided To Give Them Another Chance Confirmed The Order For Her To Say That It Wasnt Going TO BE Delivered Until Tomorrow- Well Why Did I Just Tell Yu That I Needed To Call The School To Make Sure She Was There Today Then If It Wasnt Going TO Be Dilevered Until Tomorrow??? Needless To Say I Have Nothing Else To Say To Them.... I Wont Bother To Call Them For Nothing Because I Refuse To Give My Hard Earned Money To A Place That Is Rude And Isnt As People Friendly. The Point Is This Is A Request From My 13 Year Old To Show His Appreciation!

This place saved me today. The florist down town messed up my sons dates wrist corsage badly. I took it to them and the took it apart and made something so ugly into something so beautiful. They actually care about their customers. I cant speak for other people, but the customers that came and went while I was waiting, were extremely happy and some even hugged the women that was working on my corsage. They were very kind as they could see I was very distraught. Theyll be getting my business for years to come.

Worst experience ever! Lady made me stop in the middle of my order while she took a phone order. My delivery was supposed to be a surprise for my wife and they were to go to her work before 2pm and they didnt even call until after 3pm when she came home and I was greeting her. The driver called me back and gave me a hard time over not wanting them anymore and I literally had to tell her to stop before I hung up.

This is a terrific florist. Its not my first time using their service and there is an obvious reason. I expected to get good service and I received exceptional service. The flowers and setting could not have been more beautiful. These folks are absolutely the tops. I highly recommend them to anyone with floral needs.

Other than I had to walk across the street to obtain cash instead of paying with bank card for the owner was to concerned with charges for using his swipe machine, nice environment and lovely products

Called once for a quote and will never call back. The guy was rude and his quote, compared to the other three I had, was 55% higher, so beware and look around before you go with this place!!!!

If you can, avoid this place. Their arrangements are fair at best, and their customer service is notoriously BAD. Save your money and dignity by choosing somewhere else.
