My grandmother passed away unexpectedly and I couldnt make the trip to NC for her services so wanted to send a special arrangement in her memory. I typically order flowers online but had my heart set on blue hydrangeas which the website told me were not available to send in her area. Disappointed but not yet giving up, I decided to call a local florist and was lucky to dial Flora Verdi first. The owner informed me that there werent any blue hydrangeas in stock but instead of hanging up her first instinct was to help. She took the time to listen to what I was wanting and was ultimately able to obtain the flowers, even coming in on her day off to put the basket together just in time for my grandmothers wake. Her creation was beautiful but more than that I appreciated her ability and willingness to connect with me and put my mind at ease during a difficult time. Overall, I want readers to know that this florist cares about its customers, does beautiful work, and truly goes above and beyond. Thank you!

Maria went above and beyond to find me what I needed. I called 4 other florists before I called Flora Verdi, simply because they came up on Google first and I was going down the list. Every other place just told me they didnt have what I needed, but Maria said even though she didnt have one she would track one down for me. She is such a friendly and attentive florist, and I would recommend her hands down over everyone else because of how hard she worked to make sure I was completely happy with my plant. Her prices are extremely fair and affordable, too, which was not a requirement for what I needed but certainly a plus. Overall Im just thrilled with my shopping experience at Flora Verdi and if I need any more flowers or plants I will call Maria first.

I needed a special arrangement for my wife most recently during a trip to Wilmington, NC. While staying at our hotel my wife and I split up for the afternoon - she to get a massage and I to stroll along the waterfront. I came across Flora Verdi and happened to be attended to by the owner, Maria. Well, let me tell you, Maria could not have been more helpful in helping me with a beautiful arrangement that looked as though I spent a lot of money for by the diversity and quality in the flower selections! The care, interest and attention to detail were exquisite, thanks to Maria! Flora Verdi will be my go to florist next time I need such service in Wilmington thats for sure!!!

Having moved to this area, and not know much about the local businesses, I decided to check out some of the shops in the City Market. I was so surprised to find this shop with fresh flowers and a great antique type vase. So after talking to the shop owner, who offered some local tips, as she also is a new trans-plant, I ended up leaving with a fun fresh arrangement, a neat old vase, and a couple early Christmas gifts....so shop local, and you never know what kind of gems youll find......

My coworkers and I placed a order for a larger arrangement of flowers for our dear friend who has Breast Cancer and started her 1st fight for her life today. I along with many others, was HIGHLY disappointed in the product that was delivered. The arrangement that was sent only had four roses in it among some other cheap filler. I could have done better myself. Shame on your florist!

A dear friend was in the hospital. I wanted to send something, but not necessarily flowers. I called Flora Verdi and the owner jumped on the phone and talked with me about options. She was incredibly patient and kind and designed a beautiful gift basket for my pal. Im pretty sure she knew exactly what I was asking for, even though I did not. :) Thanks so much Flora Verdi!

I have gotten several beautiful arrangements from Bloomers! The shop is wonderful and the florist creates arrangements from traditional to exquisite modern! Talk about talent. Imagine how pleasantly surprised I was to receive a call after placing an order online for a "florist choice" delivery. The lady called to find out more about who I was sending to and if I had any special requests! She emailed pics of the flowers - BEAUTIFUL!!! If you need a florist in Wilmington, look no further!

Stopped in to browse on a visit to Wilmington -- cute awning and pretty windows drew me in. Stayed to shop! Wonderful floral-themed gifts and she has unique vases to go with any flowers you buy or want to send. The owner has an eye for design and color. Lovely little store!

Recently ordered an arrangement from here and paid quite a bit for it. Was told that it would be "big and beautiful". I was very disapointed upon delivery to see so few flowers and poorly arranged. Not happy at all with the price or flowers.

HORRIBLE!!! flowers were nice BUT they arrived 3 hours late, the candy and balloons didnt come! And MY girlfriend had to wait after her shift to get the rest of the order.. way to be spontaneous. :/

Ordered 2 bouquets for mothers day and flowers arrived looking not very fresh looking. The next day it started wilting already. Also the little card was hand written instead of being printed.
