I bought two arrangements just before Christmas to give as gifts. The quality of the flowers was very good and the arrangements were beautiful. I was very pleased, as were the recipients. But the service was even more note-worthy. I went into the store- with my three young sons (any parent knows that is a nightmare waiting to happen). The staff was wonderful-- they offered my boys a treat to keep them occupied, and were very kind to me and them. They even gave each of them a white carnation to surprise me with! Those carnations are still in a vase in my kitchen-- 3 weeks later! If the flowers they give away are that fresh, you know they dont compromise on their product.

Felicity is absolutely fantastic! The facility I work at recently switched to them as our preferred florist, and we couldnt be happier. Their arrangements are stunning, long lasting, and have garnered much more attention than the same type of arrangement from our previous florist. The staff is friendly and always seems to go the extra mile for customer satisfaction. I couldnt be happier with our switch! If youre looking for a florist, then Felicity should be your first stop.

My sister in law in Georgia purchase flowers and candy for my mother (in NC ) for Easter. They never arrived, they never returned the calls, and when I drove by there the businesses was closed, no sign of flowers and the space was being renovated. The problem is they never refunded the money. I expected an FTD site would be more responsible and hold their sites accountable.

Awesome and creative florist!! I even went in last minute for a wedding rehearsal bouquet, needed it with in hours and they accommodated me! Had it done quickly, for a great price and it looked phenomenal! I highly recommend them if your looking for any kind of floral needs or gifts!

Awesome service. Great prices. I bought flowers for my mother for Mothers Day and she loved them. They stayed beautiful and fresh looking for three weeks. I will buy from them again!!!!
