I decided to use this cute flower shop because of the good reviews but ended up disappointed in the customer service after I expressed dissatisfaction with my corsage and matching boutenir purchase. After pre- payment of $43 for both, the modest corsage had 3 teeny roses that could have been fresher. The 2 petite roses in the boutenir (which was lovely) presented bigger than those in the corsage. When I brought this fact up, I was told they could add 2 more petite roses to the corsage if I liked. I perked up and said, "You would do that?" Sales person said, "Sure", making it sound like theyd do it to ensure a happy customer. When I went to hand the corsage over, I was told it would be an additional $4. I was so insulted, I left the store. Needless to say I wont be going back. I dont like leaving this review but feel it necessary because I was frankly embarrassed that my son had to present this corsage (as was) to his date. IMO, Prom/ balls are a big deal to teenagers...skimping on the corsage is not a wise (returning) business decision.

Great attention to customer service! They worked with me to create 5 unique arrangements for a last minute order. They turned out beautifully and were reasonably priced. I highly recommend this shop in North Chili, N. Y. I enjoy shopping there for unique gifts as well. Try this quaint little shop instead of a large retail store and you wont regret it.

I love this place. They help me with arrangement ideas when i am at a loss for how i should proceed. Everyone here is so friendly and nice, I have been a customer for at least 8 years and I wouldnt go anywhere else. I love to support our own rather than the big chain places!
