Absolute worse service ever!!! This store owner Rick Pickwick is the most unprofessional inappropriate and rude supervisor Ive met. My mother who is stationed overseas ordered me an arrangement for my birthday. They were suppose to be delivered to my house except when the delivery guy came by I wasnt home. I called the location to make other arrangements, and even during the phone conversation I received less than quality service. Rick made me feel as if it was my fault for not being at home when the delivery guy came by. He was suppose to refund me the money and instead he tried to offer me 6 extra strawberries. I was unable to pick up the arrangement due to unforeseen circumstance and surprisingly I never got a friendly call or reminder to pick up the items. Instead according to Rick they were dumped and i was told my mother would not get a refund. Rick went on and on to say what a beautiful arrangement he had made, but my question to him was if it was so nice why not give a courtesy to follow up with the customer so that both parties are satisfied?? Thats what you call going above and beyond customer service. Rick has no idea of what quality service is. Ive had issues with this branch before. Ive since told my mom not to use edible arrangements for any special occasions. They used to have a nice staff at the store in Winchester but unfortunately they shut down and Rick makes it seems as if I have to put up with his nonsense. Its a shame this store(#784) put a bad name to a good brand. I strongly suggest that if you want to save yourself the headache, time and money do not visit this location!

I was not home to receive a delivery that i find out wasnt actually due to arrive until the next day. Then after a call I thought had cleared the issue up with staff, the owner Rick calls and only exasserbates the situation. You wanna call some one and claim ownership of a business and not even check with your employees on the status of a customer complaint first its kind of crappy procedure.

This team went out of their way to deliver an arrangement to my Granddaughter for her birthday. She was not home at the time they arrived and neighbors were not home. She was reached by phone and they waited for her to get home - almost 45 minutes. Above and beyond!!! Many thanks!!! I am so sorry that I do not remember the drivers name.

I was given one as a gift..Never, did like my fruit peeled unless I do it..But thought. I would give it a try..The fruit, I wished was better quality.!.It had, no flavor..So i fed the crows, the whole thing.

WONDERFUL service! Rick hand delivered last minute chocolate covered strawberries to us. He was very polite. Will definitely be going back again!!
