While purchasing a washer, another gentleman came in saying his dryer he purchased the day before didnt work. The lady told him he was overloading his washing machine, and that too many clothes could not dry in time (how she knew-I dont know) He left irritated, and no refund, that should have been my first sign! After purchasing a washer and getting it home, it worked for about 5 min, then quit. I was lucky enough to get refunded because I threw a fit! Of course... it was my fault it broke, it was something I had did was her reason it didnt work. My advice... Wouldnt risk the money.

I have purchased a used freezer from Freedom that is still working great, I have been back in the past looking for other appliances but they didnt have what we were looking for at the time. This is a good business! I have been able to leave off other used appliances for recycle or repurpose, which is very beneficial. Very grateful for Freedom Appliance.. Glad to have this business in town with responsible ownership/management!

Over the years I have bought a couple of washer and dryers from them and I was very pleased with their products. She is a straight shooter and tells you like it is but I like that. No BS from her. Always took care of my needs.Worked with me when I had problems. I send people there when I can.

yesterday I got a washer today I hooked it up and on the 2nd wash it wont spin at all! I am getting ready to call her lets see if she makes it right or not. Thank you for fixing the washer! That was very nice that that it got fixed right away too.
