They were very understanding of my situation and very friendly every time I called even though I called multiple times a day asking different questions I had and they gave me a really good deal and the workers there were very friendly they answered all my questions in a very polite way and in a very timely Manor and all the staff there were very friendly and helpful I will recommend them to anybody that is looking for used appliances plus the same day on the first load that we put in it wouldnt drain or do the rince cycle so we called them the very next day and they came out and said they could not figure out what was wrong with it and why it was doing that so they said they would trade it out for a different one and then they called us back saying that the one they were going to bring us had a problem with it so they said they were working on another one that they would bring us free of charge and hook it up for us also that one did the same thing the last one did so we called them up and told them and they were back the very same day and after two people looked at it they got it fixed and now it works they said they had to come back and put some better feet on it so it would not rock like crazy tomorrow I have to call them and tell them it leaks a little bit I called them the very next day and told them it was leaking they came out the very same day and brought me a better washer and I have had no problems with it.

These guys were awesome! I searched for a refrigerator for a few weeks and then finally found the right one at this location. I found exactly what I was looking for at the right price. They had very reasonable prices and seem to be a happy bunch of people working there. They were very pleasant and inviting at the store and were most helpful. They cleaned up the fridge I was looking at and practically made it good as new (even sent us home with a can of touch up paint for the minor scratches). When I got it home and set it up, I found I had a small leak. I called up there and they were super nice about it and were quick to get the parts ordered and come out to fix it right up. They kept me informed of when the part would be in and showed up on time to replace it. Now everything works great! The customer service is amazing at this location. They truly care about their customers and want them to be happy and it shows. The whole crew is super nice, good people. Go here if you are shopping for any appliances, you wont be disappointed.

Extremely undependable. After 2 no show appointment times, they asked me if I could wait until 3pm and the employee would stop by and move the washer and dry back in to my laundry room on his way home from work. I called at 4pm to see if the employee was on his way. I was told "Sorry we got busy and I will send someone right out" No one showed. This morning when I called, I was told " we decided not to come to your house because you were so rude." I simply said " a little communication would have been nice" when I was told they got busy and misses the 3rd appointment time. I understand that being nice gets you further than being rude so, I can assure you I was not rude. I had to hire another company this morning to reinstall my washer and dryer. They arrived on time and the job took less than 15 minutes.

I have had a couple interactions with C & C. First was about 7 years ago I bought a washer from them. It worked great for the 5 years I had it! The 2nd time my dryer was not heating so I assumed it needed a new heating element. I brought it in and they tested and said it was fine. They let me know if I lived in a mobile home (Which I was at the time) some times it will pop the breaker and to check that. Sure enough it was popping the breaker. I think the customer service is great! They will continue to receive my business as well as my recommendation to others.

Dealer states he promised he would call by the afternoon about a fridge. I and my roommate was there when it opened and even returned to see what the issue was but no one was there .gave Mark both our numbers never heard from them again after attempting all day I am very upset that Mark promised and did not act. I will never again go to this place because they lie and I dont like liers Mark just missed the chance of a sale. So if I were anyone plz boycott this place and go somewhere u will be appreciated by a professional.

Travis provided one of the all-around greatest customer service experiences I have had from anyone, in any industry, to-date. He came out to look at our washer on short notice, was very knowledgeable, and honest, fixing it for far less than we had been told to expect from other area businesses. He was kind and unbelievably polite and courteous in our home. He even called a couple days later to make sure everything was going smooth. I would recommend everyone call C&C Appliance before purchasing new equipment.

Great place. Great group of guys and very knowledgeable with appliances. Washer went out and needed another one on the fly. Instead of buying one, they ask to fix it first. Couldve been something simple to fix than spending on a used one. But it had a bustes transmission and a coupler. Ending up getting a used one anyway. But they tried to save me $$ and that goes along way with me. Thanks a lot

They were wonderful! I thought I was going to need a new washer and was ready to buy one. They suggested I get it looked at first because it might be repairable. No pressure at all to buy even though I had one on hold. Someone came out the next day first thing and fixed it. They will be my first call next time one of my appliances breaks. Thanks so much!

Horrible they said the board was out on my washer and it would cost over one hundred dollars to fix. So they said that it was useless to fix. I went and got my washer back and took it apart myself and found out that my drain hose was clogged and the pump had burned up. They had it for two weeks and im pretty sure that they didnt even look at it.

Absolutely TERRIBLE! Washer and dryer was purchased here. The washer started leaking 2 days before the 30 day warranty was up. They wanted 25$ to come out and fix it even tho I live across the street from the store. Then they said that they would charge me 25.00$ again for coming to get it. Reported to BBB. Stay away!! Buyer BEWARE!!!

Great Service from these guys!! They repaired a washer for me in a day and a half at a great price. 60 days later a part broke that didnt have anything to do with what they had initially done, and they fixed it free of charge for me. Good people, and a good business here!! Thanks again guys!
