The service scheduling is awful. They wont even allow you to specify morning or afternoon time window unless you book >2 weeks out, which is not a very reasonable option when you have an appliance issue. Then they call ONE DAY ahead to narrow the appointment time to a 3 hour window, and even then they only make that window ~50% of the time. We purchased a new Samsung HE dryer from them just over a year ago, and there have been a number of issues with it -- first was bad drum support rollers, but they replaced the drum before finding out it was rollers. Then control board issues have brought them back 3 more times, several times with defective parts, such that when installed, multiple things dont work. They have supported the warranty, but with this many issues, the service scheduling is an absolute nightmare.

We were in need of a new dishwasher. The item was delivered and installed. At the time of sale, we asked if there were any specials that we should be aware of. The entire transaction from purchase to installation took 3 business days (quick). Two days after installation we receive an ad with our dishwasher as the main image, offering 10% off and free installation ($179). I called to see whether they would honor the ad given the circumstances, and they would not because our installation was two days prior to the ad coming out. Had we known that two days would influence the price so significantly, we wouldve delayed the installation.

We bought a washer from Warner Stellian in Woodbury on the 16th and had it delivered the following Wednesday. The men that brought the new washer were so efficient, kind and business-like all at the same time. we were so impressed. they came early, which was fine with us and were on their way in good time. One fellow was Nick, we did not get the name of the fellow with him. We appreciated both of them. The people we dealt with at that store: Lauren, John, and Ms. Fohrenkamm couldnt have been more helpful. Thank you to all of them, and we highly recommend your store.

I recently purchased a washing machine from Warners Stellian in Woodbury. I experienced the same result as I have for other appliances purchased from their store- knowledgeable and personal customer service. The salesman did not push a product that was beyond what I needed. From the initial point of contact to the delivery and installation, Warners Stellian employees made the process easy for me. When my machine went on sale two weeks after I purchased it, they cheerfully honored their 30 day price guarantee and refunded my money. Good experience.

Went in looking for all new appliances for a home we bought. Lady that greeted me wasnt friendly, wasnt knowledgeable. Was fairly condescending. I thought it was just me, but then when telling someone later that evening, I went to the store and had a poor experience they said the same thing! Turns out it was likely the same sales rep. Their is probably better reps and might be a great company, but first impressions make a difference. We wont be going back. Its too bad, because their set-up and displays were better than most large retailers.

This is Lauras husband, Kurt. I worked with Tyler Severson to purchase a refurbished refrigerator in early June. My experience with Tyler was likely the best experience I have had with an appliance salesperson. He was respectful during negotiation, listened to my needs and concerns, and made the overall buying experience at Warners Stellian very enjoyable. Not sure what has happended to Warner Stellian. Brand new dryer broke within 6 months. Took over a month to get them to fix it. Granted it was just the buzzer but thats crazy. Their "customer serivce" number is "leave a message" and well get back to you when it works for us. No option to stay on hold, just hope for the best if youre not sitting by the phone waiting for a call. This is not what I expected from Warners. Weve purchased all of our appliances from them in the past. No more!

I price shopped an LG laundry pair. The price was the same at Home Depot and Warners Stellian. I chose Warners Stellian because I had used them before and their delivery and install team are AWESOME. Both times they went over and above expected to install appliances in my home. If you are installing appliances in an existing space there will be something that needs to be modified. These guys went out of their way to accommodate my install issues. Top notch

First of all, after reading other reviews, I think its important to set expectations before shopping here. This isnt Sears. They sell higher end appliances and they are not cheap. We bought appliances for our new home and the process was wonderful. The sales associate was very knowledgeable and we made all the decisions and were in/out in just over an hour. Couldnt have gone better.

I went to get a small countertop microwave for my house. I told them what I wanted and they gave me several options. I made my choice and they said they would have it delivered to the store the next afternoon. I went back after work and picked it up. It was perfect. Quick and friendly service. Yes, I will be going back for more household appliances in the future when needed.

Tyler helped me with my purchase of a new fridge, range, and microwave. He was very helpful and gave me all the necessary information to make an informed decision. There was an issue with the delivery of my fridge (it was making a strange noise) and they took it back with no questions asked and arranged to get me a new one without issues. They charged me $99.98 to come out and confirm that they installed the drain hose incorrectly. Then they offered to fix it for the cost of a $140 extension hose. A part that actually costs less than $30. No thanks!

Fridge started making very loud noise after 4 months. I bought 3 years warranty. They told me the noise is normal! Worst customer service experience!
