I can not say enough good things about Tim and the rest of the staff at Appliance Solutions. When my wife and I were stuck with the prospect of spending a lot to fix our machine I stopped in at Appliance Solutions on my way to Mennards, fully expecting to buy a new one, I spoke with Tim, he gave us a great trade in offer on a top load. We ended up spending far less than we would have on a new one, and even less than what it would have taken to fix the machine we traded in. After we got the machine we purchased from Appliance Solutions home and set up, we ran two loads of laundry and started having issues. I called Tim and he returned my call promptly and had me text him the problem we were having. He called me back again shortly after the text and walked me through what the issue was. Told me I needed to correct the drain height, I fixed the drain and six loads later, the machine is running great. Tim and the staff are very friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. If youre in the market for an appliance I highly recommend that you stop in and check out the selection. They have something to fit every need and in every budget. Thanks again for the great service.

Great service with a smile! I bought a washing machine from Tim a while back. Recently it started beeping at me every time I start it. Called Tim, he remembered me! He asked me to take video if the washer doing the beeping and send it to him. He assured me he will help me figure it out. He is such a hardworking, helpful person. I dont know whats up with these super negative reviews. whats more, reviews from people who have only taken the time to submit ONE review (when they are angry) dont carry weight with me. You never had any good experiences anywhere? Or you expect superb service as a regular thing? I suppose you never made a mistake or werent at your best? Personally, I only make negative reviews when I receive consistent bad service. One time things are easy to get over. just do not use that service again and move on. Everyone makes mistakes, its a home town operation. He probably doesnt have a fancy CRM system or scheduling system. No dispatcher taking his service calls and routing his work. Its just him. That is how he can offer such good pricing. Thanks Tim! Keep up the good work.

As landlord of several rentals, i have been using different appliance suppliers over last 10 years in Twin Cities and I can tell these guys a class above. They always are thinking of their clients first. I witness they doing their work of installation several times....they do it so delicately while aware of each detail to ensure its done proper. The fact we havent had any problems with the used appliances is the clear manifest of their commitment to us, their clients, and their excellency. Tim was great. My dishwasher broke, and my wife was frustrated. By the time i figured out what part had failed, it was 8pm. I thought, for sure i would have to order the replacement part and wait a couple of days without a dishwasher. Instead i did a quick web search, called Appliance Solutions and Tim had the part on his truck. He was driving home from a service call and said he would meet me at a nearby gas station on his way home. Dishwasher was operational by 9:30 pm. Thanks Tim!!!!!!!!!

My washing machine stopped working mid-load and was locked full of wet clothes. I called and was told a technician could come in two days. When I explained my situation, they said theyd try to have someone stop by later that day to unlock it and assess the problem. 20 minutes later a technician stopped by and not only diagnosed the problem but repaired it. Very helpful and timely. Will definitely call again for appliance needs.

Terrible experience. Didnt order my part, lied about it, missed my next appointment. Rescheduled, and they came with the wrong part. Closed my work order out, and I had to call to have the bad part returned to me that they took with them so I could have a real repair person come to fix it. Worst cusyour service on the planet!!!!!

Tim is the best. He explained to me how to fix the lid switch on my washing machine and had the part on Saturday of 4th of July weekend. Turned possible hours of frustration into a 5 minute fix. Highly recommended.
