Ive never in my life dealt with a business like this! They have lied about product & delivery. They switched out products. I will never do business with these people again! 1st said fridge would deliver Fri before 4:30p. Then between 10-11am, said they deliver in 2-3 hours. Reminded of no later than 4:30pm 4:30p comes around, nothing. Then said Mon. Well I cancelled that one. Because I knew I couldnt wait around all day. Tues, again they said it was on truck, would deliver between 4-5. Again, NO SHOW or CALL.Then Weds, they call & say will deliver & will call 30 mins prior. No, they just show up... My boyfriend calls & asks how fridge is running. I tell him its ok, accept no basket for ice, the kick panel is missing, & its 12 years old! Which I then found out that Davidsons tried to get him to buy this one & he told them NO!.They switched out & delivered the 1 he told them he did not want! I have never dealt with such deceitful people. The fridge was purchased 7/15. It is now the 19th. This fridge with be going back & we will be taking our money elsewhere.

The worst appliances ive ever owned they sold me a dryer it immediately didnt work they sent out a technican that told me it was my wiring where i lived that it didnt pull enough electricity i beleved the technican the store said its my fault the dryer didnt work wouldnt give me another one or a refund and this is the first 24 hours i had it home so i lost 150 i had to go months no dryer then i bought a portable dryer from concise homes it sucks but what can i do its my wiring right WRONG i finally put it for sale on offer up and it didnt work with the new owners plug in so because i beleved these jerks i had all this trouble if i wouldve bought a dryer from the paper i wouldve had a normal working dryer all year this really pissess me off

I had an absurdly frustrating experience with this company. They sold me a refrigerator that would only cool to 55 degrees. It took over six weeks to get my money back during which time I didnt have a refrigerator and I had to listen to countless excuses and lies. Time after time they said they would come fix the refrigerator and wouldnt show or wouldnt fix the problem causing me considerable time off work. The owner was rude and didnt seem to care that weeks had gone by without resolving the problem. The only way I got my money back was by spending about a week physically going to the store every day and complaining. Receiving a refund felt like some huge achievement on my part.

Bought a fridge, didnt work. They "fixed it". Still didnt work. Then they proceeded to tell me they would swap it out. Fine. Waited A MONTH for a new fridge. Set multiple dates for delivery. No show. Eventually got the new fridge. Not only does it not have door handles, The delivery guy shattered one of the glass shelves in my driveway. The owner himself has promised to deliver the door handles and the shelf for the past week and a half. Guess what? Still nothing. Every employee there talked horrible about the owner, and each other. Ive honestly never had such a bad retail experience.

Just got a washer and dryer from there. The dryer didnt work called and they had some one out when I made it home. He left started a load to fine out the washer wasnt working all so well. Call them the man was right back at my door in 10 min. He fix it in five minutes and I been washing every since. I WILL BE BACK. BEST PRICE AROUND, VERY HELPFUL, FRIENDLY, AND THE DELIVERY DRIVER FUNNY

Bought an washer from them and the washer didnt work been waiting four days for them to come fix it. Been steady calling them and they say someone is coming out to fix it but they never show up. There suppose to check and see if there appliances work before they sale them to people. Good prices but bad appliances they look great but malfunction and bad communication. Thumbs

Bought a washing machine from them. It took 15 days for it to be delivered (they said 2 days on the initial purchase) when they finally delivered it, it wasnt the one I had purchased. Took 3 more days to get the correct one. They dropped it coming in the door. It doesnt work correctly and no one will return my calls! Do NOT shop here!

Christa lying Fleming is the front desk person for Davidson Appliances! She will blame everything on the owner, but shes just as crooked & deceitful as he is! They sell you 1 item & deliver a totally different item. They do NOT test any of their appliances before letting them out the door. Do not trust these people!
