This man is a crook. Our washing machine broke about a month and a half ago, and we needed something quickly. On the recommendation of a friend, we called Lee. He met us that night, sold us a machine, and delivered it later that evening. Then the problems started. Water was leaking everywhere, the washer wouldnt spin, and the hot water didnt work. Lee came out after a phone call and fixed the leak, and said hed be back in a few days with something to help keep the load more balanced so it would spin. He never showed back up. We called Lee over 10 times, most of which he didnt answer. On the two calls he did answer, he said hed be over tomorrow or the next day, then never came. I even worked from home one of those days to be able to meet him. Nothing. I tried to send him a demand letter, and it came back as undeliverable. UPS said its because his business is really in a storage unit. He purposefully sells appliances so cheap that people just eat the money instead of taking him to small claims court. Do yourself a favor and buy from somewhere else.

This guy is a little thief. He sold me a washer & dryer that lasted less than an hour. He bragged about a year warranty, then, changed numbers. He is the worst. I couldnt even under stand what he was saying the whole time. He acted like he was on drugs. What a loser. Lee Renninger, you owe me $500. Do not do business with this person, he is the worst. We googled his name and arrest. Found out he has been in prison most of his life. Just got out. See for yourself. just type in Lee Renninger arrest on google. See his pathetic mug shots. Wife beater. Druggie. Dont buy form him.

He does not recondition the appliances. Dryer motor went out twice in 4 months because he did not replace worn drum rollers and axles, so the drum kept rubbing and putting a drain on the motor. He offered to replace the motor again for a fee, and told me the only way a drum would rub on the dryer is if it had been "crushed". He doesnt understand the basic concept of parts wearing out. He either doesnt know what hes doing or simply ripping people off.

I bought a used washer from Lee a little over a month ago. The prices are fair, but the service was awful. He came out once to do maintanence, but when we kept getting unbalanced load errors. We are confident he sold a faulty machine and after several calls and voicemails he still has not serviced our machine. Would not recommend.

I sent an e-mail asking about delivery to my area, they replied within 30 minutes confirming. Prices were amazing, delivery cost included setup. Within 8 hours of ordering he was installing the units at my place. If you dont want a crappy $100 w/d set but dont want to pay 2 grand either, this is the best place in central arkansas

Very great experience! He took apart my dryer and put it all back together in about 25 minutes. Its working perfectly now. He says hes been doing this work for 28 years now, and I can believe it. Hell be my repair man if I ever need it again here in LR.

Bought a used kenmore dishwasher and found out it had a bad inlet valve. When I called to tell him about it he stopped by on Christmas Eve to fix it. Works great now! Highly recommended!! Thank you. He also gives a 90 day warranty!

If I could, I would give no stars. He is a terrible business man. Accepted my $500 and said hed deliver it. Had to file a police report to get my equipment. On top of that he didnt hook it up. Do yourself a favor. Buy it new!

Prices are great if you know how to work on washers and dryers, dont expect them to honor their warranty if anything breaks.
