I came to this store looking to purchase a new riding mower to better fit my lawn care needs. I spotted a mower out front of the store I was interested in and informed the staff inside of my interest to purchase this specific mower. The staff member asked me to follow her outside so she could get The details on the sale slip attached to the mower. At this point I was informed The tag was not on The correct mower as well as The tags on The others being incorrect. The employee then tried to push me toward buying The mower next to my mower of interest which had a flat tire and The key was rusted sitting in the ignition. The staff seemed to be less then knowedgable about the products they were selling and irritated by any form of questions or concerns. I did not and would not buya riding mower from them. Instead I took a trip l and m fleet supplies in Hayward and bought the same spec rider for $300 less and they delivered to my house with a full tank of gas and gave me all proper running techniques.

The sales staff was borderline pushy but helpful. I bought a wash machine. They of course tried to upsell me to the next level of machine. Ive bought tools and blades there. Everything still works.

Ripped my dad off for 250 dollars on their Chinese made junk, it was an electric trolling motor and an air-powered torque wrench, dont spend your money here, absolute rip off.
