Excellent customer service. We had purchased an LG fridge from Home Depot that did not cool at all after set up. We lost hundreds of dollars in groceries and were in a time crunch to get a new fridge. Obviously not wanting to waste our time with another LG appliance, we went to Plaza. They were able to deliver us a new fridge the same day and the staff (thank you Tom and Dave!) weas more than helpful picking out a new one. Our only regret is not going through them in the first place and saving ourselves the headache (and also getting the rest of our appliances here).

This is a great business, they went out of their way to help me with my LG Fridge repair. The fuse always blows on these crappy fridges and the typical fix is to replace the entire board (costs $100s). I pulled the board and they soldered in a replacement fuse along with an in-line fuse holder so that when it blows again (and since it is an LG it will), all I have to do is open the holder and drop in a new fuse. Cost was $29 for a savings of over $200!!

The showroom isnt pretty, but they know their appliances. Great prices, they beat the big box stores on every measure. Our contractor recommended this store, really happy we bought our appliances for our new kitchen from Plaza!
