After speaking with people who were unwilling or unable to help me troubleshoot an issue with my Bosch range, I came across a breath of fresh air. Her name was Wanda and she works at Eden Prairie Appliance. All I gave her on the phone was vague information about a red light on the control panel of the range and the fact the electric oven was unresponsive. She then took the information I gave her, called a Bosch technician, identified the root cause of the problem, and presented me with options for resolving it. She even gave me part numbers and guidance to resolve the issue myself if I felt up to the task. And she didnt expect anything in return. THIS is customer service at its finest...and I wasnt even a customer of Eden Prairie Appliance at the time!

I recently remodeled my entire kitchen and purchased all of my appliances, as well as a washer and dryer. I found the sales staff to be very knowledgeable and helpful, unlike their competitors. There was considerable follow up with my selections and my salesmen provided me tons of info to consider. It was refreshing to talk to someone with experience and knowledge, as I havent purchased appliances in a really long time. I was also, very pleased with the delivery…very respectful of my home and my time. Definitely check out Eden Prairie Appliance if you are getting new appliances.

We purchased a U Line icemaker 11-09, it has been back to Eden Prairie appliance 3 times, and just never worked. We finally contacted U Line with our complaint, and they authorized a new appliance. We cant get Eden Prairie appliance to return our phone calls to deliver the appliance. We are forced to go back to the store again, to find out what is going on. Their rating is a zero.

We absolutely love our new appliances and the service that came with them. The installed them in a timely manner and we are so pleased to be able to use a dishwasher once again. Thank you Dick for all your help in selecting the appliances that made sense for our budget.

Poor customer service all around. I found the tech to be interested only in getting in, collecting his $95, and getting out. As one of only two shops recommended for the appliance we own, I sure hope the other one is better. Stay away from this place.
