While the store is clean and prices ok I was disappointed with service. I bought a brand new stackable washer and dryer from AC. Delivery was prompt but once stacked I was not happy with how much the system "shook" when washing. I immediately called the store and didnt get much help from the sales person. All they could say was that there would be some shaking. After a couple more days and few loads more I was very concerned that it shook too much and called again. They then sent a "GE" repair person to check the situation out. He was very helpful and informed me that on a wood floor I should not have had them stacked. They are more sturdy on cement floors. He said "do not stack unless you need the space or have a sturdy surface". He called AC and informed them of the situation. I then talked to the sales person at AC who informed me that if they had to come back and unstack the set they would charge me $75.00 and they did. I informed him that I was disappointed that this was something they did not tell me ahead of time and that for an appliance store they should know these things. His response was that not all their drivers are knowledgeable to handle these issues. My response again was that I was disappointed that I had called so quickly with my concern and that charging me $75.00 was a very unfortunate way to handle this business transaction and that even himself or another sales person could have given me insight as to what to do with the washer and dryer at the time of purchase. They came and unstacked my system leaving behind many scratches to which they didnt seem to care less about. I spent $2000 at the store and thought I would be treated a little better as a customer. I will not use them again and will inform anyone who asks that AC is not as spectacular as they are said to be.

I bought a Frigidaire Gallery Series over the stove microwave from AC. Carlson on a walk in visit. They let me use their in store computer and phone to shop around for a better price. Imagine that! Id like to see Warner Stellian allow you to do that. Only Sears offered match their price plus 10% of the difference which was only a few bucks and not worth the extra trip. I called later that day with a technical question during installation. I was given help over the phone with no hesitation. They also price matched the disposal fee of taking my old microwave of others. It cost $15 to get rid of my old microwave. So far the microwave has been the best Ive owned or used. It actually heats the food not the plate. There was absolutely no pressure tactics used to get me to buy from them. Their prices are very competitive from what I saw in their store. I consider Sears as the only viable competitor on all levels.

I was referred to AC Carlson by a colleague when planning my kitchen remodel. I was on a limited budget, so I needed to make sure I was getting the best deal possible. I browsed the website first to get ideas before actually going to the store and noticed they had a page highlighting promotions. I was able to plan out which appliances I could purchase together to get the highest rebate. Once I made my way out to the showroom, the sales people were very welcoming and knowledgeable (and not pushy like most can be!). They helped make sure I picked the right appliances to take advantage of my rebate. Scheduling delivery was a breeze, and when my beautiful new appliances were delivered, the drivers were the perfect blend of professional and friendly! Highly recommended! Plus, its always best to shop local :)

A little more expensive than the scratch & dent clearance places, but absolutely worth it. The salesmen here are knowledgeable and readily teach you. I was also impressed with both salesmen from my two visits. Both salesmen were approachable, very proper in manors, and could read body language to know when to walk away and give us space for a while as we discussed whether or not to buy and which one. Lastly, they offered same day delivery and the delivery people were helpful & courteous. :-)

This Spring we did a full Kitchen remodel with all new appliances. From the minute I walked in to A.C Carlsons I felt well taken care of. Dave went above and beyond from explaining all my options and prices to unbelievable service. He treated me like a family member. The prices were competitive with great quality. Words can not even express the magnificent customer service. I am hooked for life. Dont go anywhere else for appliances. You wont regret it. We love our new kitchen!

Family owned business. They replaced a through the wall air conditioner that no one seemed to want to do. They were a referral from the president of the condo association. Price was good, delivered on time and the unit is great. Would use again.
